La Perla was a delight! Service and staff were friendly and checked in regularly. The “I-10 to 35” was delicious, so I ordered a second. The chicarones locas were good, but one of the sauces was a little salty, so better with an additional dish. Views were spectacular, and it wasn’t crowded at sunset.

Such a pretty rooftop! Good food, good drinks, great views and above all, Manny was an awesome server! He was the only server running the floor due to short staffing and he handled it so well. Give this man a raise/promotion! Thanks for making our visit so great!

Took my team to La Perla to experience the sunset views, but got there late. The view was still awesome and my team had a wonderful experience. James, Zach, and Fabi took great care of us as it was our first time. I highly recommend it for date night or friends gathering together, because of the relaxed atmosphere and calm ambiance.

The steak tacos were delicious and filling, no mess and the drinks were quick. Definitely need reservation, we were thankful for our excellent service! Prices were good. The view was amazing! Only thing, which is small potatoes, the propane fire was out for our table. Excluding that small piece, we had a great time. Amazing atmosphere for sure!

Beautiful rooftop setting on the 17th floor overlooking downtown El Paso. The drinks were phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. My wife and I were seated at 530 and were some of the only people there at the time. We put on our order in the next 10 minutes then waited almost an hour for our food. Mind you, we ordered queso and a couple of tacos, so nothing you’d think was that difficult. When we finally got our food it was cold. Honestly, I’d go back for the drinks, but that’s about it.

Went on a Saturday around 4 pm… waitress was good, can’t remember her name (she had braces 5/5). She was helpful with drinks right away and recommended some different food choices she likes. We ordered guacamole, had good flavor, I’m giving food a 3/5 because they only give you 4 tortillas for the guacamole…. We needed about 4 more tortillas to finish off the guac, so sadly a lot when to waste. Then the south side patio was locked so we couldn’t even enjoy the views over there.
Only one fire pit was working and the service towards getting that fixed was disappointing. Overall, I’m glad I went and saw some of the views but I probably won’t be going back.

Came here on a whim on a Wednesday during the early evening and could not have been more pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of drinks, service, and view. Drinks cost what you can expect at a nice bar and their house cocktails are worth ordering (crown jewel). If it’s chilly out, they have warm gas fire pits and blankets at request. If you’re passing through or want a romantic evening out, I think it’s worth seeing if you can snag a spot- or make reservations if you’re one to plan ahead!

The sunset views are beautiful where you can see the train tracks, San Jacinto Plaza, and the Paso Del Norte hotel. The service was slow with only 2 bartenders on a Saturday night. We weren’t greeted by anyone at the front despite having made reservations on Open table. You order drinks and food at the bar yourself. The drinks weren’t something I’d reorder. The taquitos we had were good. Winded up going to Ambar to enjoy the rest of the night. Just make sure weather will be good when you plan on going as it’s outdoor with extremely limited indoor seating, see picture. Highly recommend for the views!

Great location on top of The Plaza Hotel in downtown El Paso. Valet parking or garage parking about a block away. As long as the weather is nice, it’s very beautiful and laid back. All outside seating so keep that in mind. Reservations are recommended as there is limited seating. The skyline of El Paso can be seen from up here, just don’t look straight down as it’s 17 floors up. They have a small menu with appetizers & desserts and then a cocktail menu with specialty cocktails as well. Ask your waitstaff as they have other drinks not on the menu too. Afraid of Heights – may not recommend but otherwise for a relaxing time with a great view – Enjoy!

The service was very slow overall. Even with only a few customers in the restaurant, it took an excessive amount of time to bring very simple items. Basic requests took far longer than reasonable, which made the experience frustrating. Efficiency and attention to customers clearly need improvement.
