The manager was nice to try to fix my order but the workers were not so nice at all. I called the store before I came and I was told that my order would be made since they were closed on Sunday because of the snow. I put an order in on Sunday money was taken through the mobile app. So I originally called Dunkin’s customer service they told me to wait two business days to hear back from the store. Waited two days went by I called customer service again on the second day I was told again that they’re waiting to hear back from the store because the order was to big of a price to refund and the store would have to. They suggested I call the store. So that’s what I did on the third day I called the store and was told they could make the order. Get there the manager wasn’t there yet. So they told me to come inside. So I did that and the workers started to give me an attitude and I said I’ll just wait for the manager. I didn’t like how the male worker was twisting my words and came at me aggressively. So I said I’ll just wait. Soon as the manager came back she was nice but I could hear the male yelling in the back and twisting my words up. He kept saying I said it’s going to take three days from customer service when I said I waited for three days and called customer service and they told me to contact the store myself and so I did. As the manager stayed professional the other workers did not. I could also hear another in the back complaining about making the hash browns. So I said to the manager if there’s a problem and no one wants to make it I would like my money back. And she said no it’s not and remained kind and professional. As I got home I found hair in my food so I will not be going back unfortunately.

Came to the lobby at 8:43 pm to purchase a gift card two employees watches me knock on the door multiple times after reading the lobby closes at 9 pm et. I then called the store in which the person who answered said the manager closed the store.

Ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel as part of the $6 meal deal through the drive through order #6460 at 12:01 today 6/8/2025. Get the bag and it reads correctly. Open up the bag when I get to my destination and it’s a bacon egg and cheese on a CINNAMON RAISIN bagel. A) That’s just gross B) I was in line forever only to get what I did not order.

Ordered a dozen donuts and a French vanilla coffee. Donuts were good but the coffee tastes bland and it definitely wasn’t French vanilla coffee. The coffee didn’t have enough sugar in it. I had to Add my own sugar in it to make it taste better. And it wasn’t served in the large plastic dounkin donuts cup that they usually put it in. They need to bring back the way it was originally made and the cup they put it in. This coffee was a waste of money.

So I ordered a large iced tea. They’re already expensive to begin with. At almost $4 I asked for no ice because nobody cleans those machines and I’ve seen the black mold rowing on them. It’s quite disgusting so I don’t get ice in no establishment I have ever gone to and it showed up as a $0.50 charge to have no ice absolutely ridiculous and I asked the lady. Are you really charging me $0.50 for no ice and she snodily said yes all because they want to make a couple of pennies more on some brewed iced tea that costs $0.25 to make

Used to be good but as of recent customer service is terrible. Most of the time what I order through the app isn’t available so I have to change the order there and wait for it to be made. Defeating the purpose of the app. One person starts to help me, leaves, another comes up and helps finsih the order but no one asks if that’s all. I went to buy additional donughts, went to the back of the line. When it was my turn the lady almost fumbled through the machine, put the order in, left to make someone else’s order in the drive thru…. Never put my order to be paid for. A complete lack of customer service to the individual. It’s more, order, make, next and no room in between for anything else. Wouldn’t suggest this location anymore

I just want to say thank you for my delisuse cup of hot butter pecan swirl coffee today! I have been getting my coffee at WaWa because my husband gets his there so I put my foot down today and insisted on a good cup of coffee today… oh boy am I happy ☕ . Fast forward 5 years later… Workers definitely showed that they didn’t want to be there, they messed up my entire order, My food was cold and look like it been sitting there all day even though it’s early in the morning. I am not happy with my order today at all.

Entered the line and there was 2 cars in front of me. I had placed a pick up order through the app. 10 min sitting in the line, to get up to the speaker.. another 10 min goes by not even a “hello I’ll be right with you” finally I say “hello” and the girl goes “oh sorry” – I tell her my order.. I pull up.. another 3 min waiting for my drinks. Literally the slowest thing I’ve experienced in my life
