I “strongly dislike” the on campus Chick-fil-A. This is probably the 4th time it’s been absolutely disappointing. Almost $10 for cold egg and room temperature chicken and they even forgot my extra egg topping. So I went to the counter and they put an actual “CUBE” of egg in a box (also cold). No thank you’s or my pleasure’s spoken. They’re getting 0 stars. I’ve had more hospitable interactions with a microwave and a jimmy dean sausage biscuit. Don’t waste your money here.

They need to re-hire whoever is in charge of putting together the orders. My order has been wrong the last 4 times in a row and I have overpaid for something I never got. The first few times I was understanding and just went back and got it fixed but this is getting ridiculous.

This place is absolutely horrible, and it’s not like any ChikFilA you’re used to. The service is typically slow on a normal day, and the food they give you is usually over cooked. I’ve about had it when I ordered this morning and paid 15 dollars for a 10pc chicken mini combo to only receive 4 burnt ones. Don’t bother selecting any add ons for extra money, they wont add any of it, much less even give you sauce you select. Horrible experience multiple times from me here.

Never had a bad experience. Sometimes I order just a medium tea and they upgrade it to a large at no extra cost. 🙂 Breakfast and chicken sandwiches always fresh, just wished they had Mac and Cheese!

I was super excited for this location to open but unfortunately it just doesn’t meet my expectations of a good Chick-fil-A. Cold fries and sub-par nugs. The campus and west Monroe locations serve higher quality food unfortunately. We were rooting for you; we were all rooting for you!

It’s a campus Chik-Fil-A with a limited menu. Expect long wait times in excess of 45 minutes at peak hours and late openings/early closings. My order was frequently incorrect despite not being remotely complicated. I wouldn’t ever recommend this over the new Chik-Fil-A by Office Depot, but you’re on campus so what choice do you have?

This is NOT a real chick fil a. This is the on campus one run by Aramark. They don’t take gift cards, don’t give rewards points, the food is sub par and 20% more than a real chick fil a, and the staff can be extremely rude. The manager in particular will make you come back to the register and pay for a 12 cent ketchup packet when the cashier forgot to ring it up.

Very poor service. This chikfila is a joke. Charging for ketchup and sauces is rediculous. Also this one in particular is not speedy at all and always packed. If they wanted to really fix this they would build a real chikfila off campus
