Don’t order at this Starbucks. Korbin was very condescending and had no knowledge of customer service. When asked to do a dark caramel cold foam he said we don’t do that. After I told him how he kept saying we don’t do that. As a former employee and frequent customer of Starbucks across the US, they can make it. When I told him I was a former employee I was met with the rudest “yea uh huh”. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location. If you have plans to make a special drink this isn’t the location to go to. Seems like they will only serve what you see on the menu. John I suggest a refresher on customer experience., and how to log in a flavored cold foam. Hence selecting cold foam then using the ask me button and putting the flavor of cold foam.

If zero stars was an option, I’d choose it. 1st time I went there, they were out of pastries. Today I got a venti caffe Mocha that was half full and not hot. I can let the temp of the drink go, but it was half full. The best part is the fact they want a tip on the card reader… I’d post a pic if I could.
