I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Sabitra. She welcomed me with a friendly smile, was patient while I ordered, and made sure my sandwich was perfect down to the last detail. Associates have been terrorized by the loitering individuals at the corner gas station. They struggle to provide quality customer service because they are worried about these individuals. One associate just stocked cheese without assisting me with my order. Another associate took 10 minutes to make my husband’s sub. We will never patronize this establishment again. I suggest implementing security measures to ensure your associates feel safe in their work environment.

I ordered a build your own black forest ham, pepper jack cheese, veggies, foot long sandwich. The sub was poorly put together, I’m pretty sure she gave me extra ham and cheese but with the construction I figured she was new and didn’t know the right portions. I ask for the same sandwich every time, so I was confused but I’ve never been to this location before so there is that. Also she was incessantly humming and barely said a word to me until we got to the point of payment.
When I went to pay she tried to charge me for “The 99” (ham and provolone) which I didn’t order. We went back and fourth because the posted price is different and I didn’t want to pay the extra for something I didn’t order. I said fine I’d pay the extra charge. She then did something and it looks like I was correctly charged for my ham sandwich. So that’s something.
I was the ONLY customer the entire time I was in the store as an aside so it’s not like she was in a rush.

Clean, fresh and good food as anticipated. Too many people hanging around in the parking lot trying to sell boosted goods. The excessive loitering is in front of the family dollar four stores over. Got to keep your wits about your surroundings would be my advice.

I ordered my food and proceeded to the cash register to be told they didn’t want to except my partially torn $10 bill. They stated that the bank won’t accept it which was not true. That was the only money I had and I walked out with no food because of a torn $10 bill.

I’m not a fan of subway because they dont provide enough meat to the amount of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles added to it. I did accompany my girlfriend to purchase a sandwich but I dont patronize subway. However, the establishment is clean and appears to be a cozy environment for those who admire their cuisine.
