The man who made my food today was extremely polite and friendly. He took his time, made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and even reminded me about a deal I didn’t know about. The owner or manager whoever owns a white tesla needs to retake his driving exam. YOU DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY PULLING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT. Especially reversing from 1 spot to another. When there is traffic passing threw. He was in such a hurry to get the parking spot in front of his store he almost hits my car as im turning in. Absolute garbage from the beginning, don’t know why they advertise 24 hours if they aren’t ready for it. As soon as I walked in the door, the man took over two minutes to get out. And when he prepared my sandwich, it was with no effort. Waited for the machine “reboot” and nothing. So not only did I waste the time for my sandwich to be made but also 10 minutes. Terrible service terrible restaurant. Would not recommend!

Went in there today about 12 o’clock to order me a veggie sandwich as I’m waiting for her to toast my bread. I’m looking at the ingredients and I’m noticing that the pickles and the banana peppers are not fresh. As a matter fact they’re rancid and turning brown. I bring this to the ladies attention And all she tells me is that she opened up the package today I told her regardless of that obviously the package is old and it’s no good and I asked her to bring out some fresh ingredients she refused! I proceeded to ask her to make my sandwich with what I thought were the freshest ingredients which included cucumber, spinach, tomato, onion, and Jardinere peppers. I go home to try to enjoy my sandwich only to learn that the tomatoes are rancid. Some of the spinach is spoiled, and some of the Jardinere peppers are also rincid! Honestly, the quality of food has gone down ever since the new management has taken over the only good thing is that they opened up 24 hours but even still you walk in and it’s a ghost town. You have to wait several minutes for someone to come out and greet you and they just throw your sandwich together. I also want to make an honorable mention of their soup area as it is disgusting I would never ever order soup from the subway. THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO INSPECTED – I’M SURE IT WOULD BE SHUT DOWN! That WASHROOM IS DISGUSTING!

I just want to come back and say how bad the service was. The experience was so bad it’s worth mentioning again to save others the experience. The level of unprofessionalism and bad customer engagement is staggering by this subways management team. Stay away from this place.

If you go to this location be prepared for bad service. They didn’t let me use the bathroom because it was busy but I was there for 20 minutes and I never saw anyone leave, they didn’t accept a coupon because they didn’t accept them there but I didn’t see any advertisement that said that and the coupon had no restrictions. If you don’t like that job, it’s better to work on something else because you have a bad character and you give us a hard time.

Two workers on a shift, no guest traffic at all but none of the tables, it seems, has seen a sponge with soap in ages; no coke in beverage dispenser. People, have some class and work ethic. Tragic. I hope the franchise owner can show some interest to the place because I like the location and the food.
