The wings were cooked perfectly, our food was correct and it took a bit long but it looked busy today and though there was only 2 staff members we still got treated with a good attitude. The young lady was so nice to me and my husband. Only bad thing is how heavy the door is. Overall a 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back!!

First time ever at any wing stop. Definitely not a good first impression. I’m not surprised why this location has such a poor rating.
Walked in and no staff, both were hiding out of sight. The young lady at the counter that came out to take my order look like she’d rather be burning her own skin off than have to do any work.
Once they took my order, I sat and waited while she hid away and nobody started to prepare my food.
After about 6 minutes, the guy came out of his hiding spot in the back and slowly began preparing my order of a sandwich combo.
Once the food was ready, neither of the staff said another word to me and went back into hiding.
Food was not good. Way over seasoned to the point that I couldn’t taste anything but lemon pepper and salt.
It’s clear there is zero leadership and standards at this business. Bad staff and poor practices. Won’t make this mistake again.

As I walk in eager for the boneless bbq wings and fries I ordered, this young lady greets me with such enthusiasm. I tell her that I placed an order, and she asked for a name and boom, I got my order immediately. Although the only issue was how heavy the door is, I was satisfied with my food, it was very delicious! I will be returning in the future!

Awful experience. And the customer service was even worse!!! They forgot half our order and wouldn’t make a whole new batch fresh for us when having to come back regardless to get the other half of our order. Play some online order around 730. Didn’t get our food for a long time but that’s OK cause they were busy however, we we drove 20 minutes to get the food made it all the way home just realize we were missing two things of wings and two large ranches or no silverware no napkins no ranch at all and one of them is supposed to be a split between traditional and boneless, and all of them were traditional horrible service for being a company that’s just opening up. I’m very disappointed and just find out one of my bumpkins got regular fries instead of her lemon pepper, seasoned fries, and another one of them. There were three plain wings South very disappointed Wingstop. Along with the ranch, I also had to use hidden valley ranch which obviously you want to use the Wingstop ranch I’m very disappointed. along with all that we did order lemon pepper pies well done, and they were all soggy.

I placed an online order via their app. I arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be another 5 minutes for my order to be ready so I took a seat. I got to watch one of the female staff argue with the manager about having to clean the front area. I also watched one of the kitchen staff pick his nose and eat it. GROSS! When my food was ready nobody told me. It was placed on a shelf behind the serving counter. Finally the manager came up and asked my name, turned around, and plucked my waiting order from the shelf and handed it to me. No telling how long I would have waited if not for him.
When I arrived home I opened the bag to find French fries all over the inside of the bag. Not in any kind of container like the chicken was. The fries were undercooked and mushy. Fry seasoning was almost undetectable. As far as the chicken wings go, they were just barely average. Their ATOMIC sauce is not even close to spicy unless you are the kind of person who thinks a glass of milk is spicy. Very disappointed with everything. This will be the last time I ever visit one of these restaurants. There are much better places to get chicken in the area.
