The drinks were rancid. We are not complainers of any sort and they were so bad that after 1 sip I asked if we could get something else. We paid $17 for 2 drinks. The barista was defensive and said we made bad order.

I got the chipotle chicken wrap, everything bagel with cream cheese, chocolate croissant and Italian soda (I DoorDashed my order) The chipotle chicken wrap tasted like something you would get at quicktrip and they gave me the completely wrong bagel. The drink and chocolate croissant were delicious tho!

Nordstrom Cafe consistently delivers much more than I’d expect from a department store restaurant. We go here very often, and we were always very pleased with our meals. The food is delicious and the portions are great. The service is also great. I also like how comfortable the seating is. We usually get tiramisu but we didn’t this time. We regretted it. It’s a fully accessible restaurant, restrooms are those located within the store. They are not gender neutral. They are mostly accessible.

I thought the food was pretty tasty however the portions are a little small for the money you pay. My pasta was $12 and it was child size. That being said everything tasted really good and my peanut cookie was good!

First Time Coming Here And I Was Very Happy. Service Was amazing, the food was great and if course the entire restaurant was immaculate. Wish It wasn’t moving away soon. 🙁 but, I definitely recommend trying it out.

I love this hidden gym but I hate that it’s become so expensive to eat here and that they don’t have the things like tiramisu dessert anymore and the prices have really gotten outrageous and some of the desserts they used to have like some of the cookies they don’t even carry anymore. They would be a lot busier if they went down on the prices just a bit because I remember the day when it used to be really busy on Saturdays and this would be a real treat for me and my daughter to get the Tuscan chicken or salmon with vegetables and a dessert and go shopping now they don’t carry either one of those .. It’s like Nordstrom is not listening to what there consumers are saying and the people that are working there are saying and they are losing there charm And if I’m gonna be playing close to $20 for a salad, I should at least get full off of it. Lettuce is not that expensive.

I really love this Cafe. The truffle fries and the tomato soup are favorites, but everything I’ve ever had is great.

Reunited and it feels so good!
I’ve been missing my bi-weekly lunches at Nordstrom Cafe, and I am so glad to see that the Roma tomato soup, and service are just how they have always been.
The French dip is hands down my favorite sandwich, and there’s just one of the best, with fresh potato chips!
Dave has worked here forever and always takes excellent care of us, It appears they’re back to full menu, and have a really good kids menu!
Don’t overlook this delicious destination just because it’s in the mall, you will not be disappointed!

Don’t be fooled by the sort of cafeteria-style set up. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. If you go during peak lunch or dinner hours, you may have to wait in line but it’s worth it. The shrimp and arugula salad is my go-to meal. (Order it with the cilantro lime dressing!) The chicken sandwich with avocado and maple glazed bacon is another fave of mine. For dessert, the creme brulee, brown sugar pecan cookie and lemon ricotta cookie are all amazing. The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. I once asked where they buy the maple glazed bacon, and a chef came out to explain that they make it themselves — and then he gave me the recipe. One more thing — If you don’t have cash to tip your waiter, ask for cash back at the checkout when paying with your card.

I have been here many times. Nice girls day out place to eat. Food is always good with a wide variety to choose from. Great pasta, pizza, main dishes and soups. Salads are made right then with you telling them what you want in them. Dessert’s are wonderful. In the summer the strawberry shortcake is to die for.
