How has it t got even 3 stars. What is the owner even doing employing people who don’t know how to make a salad it’s like I asked for something outrageous. The girl threw my salads in the bag upside down and it opened up. I asked for grated cheese for my salad and they said parmesan? Apparently they don’t have any. Didn’t chop any meat up or the cheese. Rude people working for you and I get it you probably don’t want to work for subway but then change jobs because customer service ain’t it !

Two ham subs on white bread cold, not toasted, but when I got to work and open my subs the bread was hard just like it had been tosteed. They have flies in there a lot lately. I’m sorry but yall could do a lot better with that bread.

The toaster was out, so they put the subs in the microwave. Then she got my order wrong and forgot a sandwich. I’m glad I checked. They got 2 Stars because the other employee did what she could to fix the situation. I gave her tip for effort.

Worst subway I have ever been too! It took more than 30 min being in line with 2 people and then making my food. They didn’t chop up my salad when I asked for it and they didn’t have any cheese. I will never be back here and this place should be shut down for terrible customer service! I can’t believe they want 12+ an hour.

I truly don’t think I have ever had such a poor experience at a food establishment. The old lady that works here is god awful, she took my order, skipped my wife behind me then we had to jump in the back of the line to get any sort of acknowledgment.

Not a great subway, a bit run down and not particularly clean. Staff not very knowledgeable. Serving sizes were skimpy. With that said, subway will do in a pinch, but general quality of food is low.

It was definitely not pleasant. I ordered online at 6:30pm and it stated my order would be ready for pick up by 6:50pm. I arrive at 6:50 pm and it was 7:25pm before I even got it. There were about 12 people including myself and I was at the back of the line. Well the employees had no communication or any kind of Rhythm to pick up the pace of service. They did apologize to everyone in the store, but something needs to be done to resolve the issue. The woman did try to get them caught up and she did mention the online order to him, which hadn’t even began to be made. I ordered a pepperoni flatizza which isn’t available anymore and that it’s no longer served just the regular one, that was fine I settled for that, but there was no pepperoni on it and he only made a cheese pizza. Made me upset to sit and wait for so long and nothing was put together or made correctly, he was the one “working” on it.

I was in a rush to go to work 2 ladies where coming on @ 4! Two where leaving out. Very rude! Just looked at me never said may I help you( the older lady) the pregnant one acted as if I stole her lunch once I asked if she could changebknoves because I’m vegetarian! Honey, you would’ve thought I threw the knife at her! I asked of I could get soup instead of a cookie or chips. The pregnant one said… I don’t know about no soup! Let’s just say I Will Not be going back
