This is a “go to” must. It’s super cute and clean for start. The employees were so sweet. We decided on the the Oreo Mud Pie. Also, the other one is a “make your own”, which was Horchata Italian Ice, with swirl ice cream, and cookie butter toppings. We will most definitively be returning. Plus they are opening other locations soon in Destin, then later in Crestview.

Came in for the first time, on a Wednesday afternoon, in March. Granddaughter loved the Sugar cookie, and I got the peanut butter cup! Selena was super helpful & patient with us! We were able to sample a few, so we could finally make a decision ! Thankfully no one was behind us! We loved our treats, and will definitely be coming here often! There is also a drive through. Came back and used our half off coupon, and got 2 medium sized, with butter cookie crumbs topping.

I had an awesome experience at Jeremiah’s thanks to Shawn! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such a friendly attitude and made the whole visit feel extra special. He really knows the menu and gave great recommendations—my treat turned out perfect!
Shawn works quickly, keeps the place upbeat, and makes every customer feel welcomed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. If you stop by this location, definitely hope you get helped by Shawn—he’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

Hands down the best ice cream shop in Northwest Florida! Location, employees, and brand! I have been a frequent customer at Jeremiah‘s since they opened in Niceville. Rarely have any problems and if I do have a mistake, they instantly fix it with kindness and understanding. Recently, there was an error on our order. I called in and spoke with Shawn and he was super helpful and kind. He immediately wanted to make it right. The manager, Celina, called me the next day and wanted to help and make it right. They have a great sense of customer service and community. Which is really important in a small town. I love, love, love Jeremiah‘s in Niceville and the people who work there. 100% recommend for the quality of sweet treats and the quality of service!

The ice cream was great but they need to lend some organization to how they distribute their product. It was extremely busy and the poor workers had to walk around asking who had what. Big turn off for me. Give some numbers to the customers and call out the numbers over a speaker. It was too loud in there to mumble someone’s order. Also, try to bring the orders out all together instead of one at a time. No fun when your daughter is finished before anyone else gets ice cream.

So, we have heard so much about how good Jeremiah’s is ever since we moved to Freeport, Florida and they did not dissappoint. First time trying so we asked for recommendations and Shawn said we should definitely have the strawberry short cake. We ordered two Bull frog size ☺️ and it was delicious!! There’s plenty of parking and the location is easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and open to give recommendations. It was a Perfect treat to end a hot summer day. Thank you Shawn! for the recommendation and we will definitely come back.

First thing you notice is the trademark Niceville welcoming smiles. The menu is well lit up although mounted a bit high. Free samples were great as most of Jeremiah’s concoctions he’s developed since starting in 1988. The dessert is unique in a great way but one visit is t enough to scratch the surface. We had Pnut Chocolate and the other was the Oreo creation. We also sampled the Red White and Blue, Passion Fruit; all delicious.
They were excellent. The ordering and paying is a bit convoluted as you order, see the cost in the machine like you should pay, but they tell you wait to put your payment in until your order is ready? Seems wasted time to me but it probably has to do with you being called back up to the window and you see what your getting and how well prepared it is so your more willing to tip when prompted? No sure, but it’s definitely not as efficient. Onto the cups. Plastic thin wall cups means the dessert absorbs the heat of your hand and said heat begins melting your order. Styrofoam would certainly slow this process giving you more time to enjoy but maybe the melting helps the ingredients meld, again not sure. The affordable yet clean vibe of the renovations give no hint this was once an oil change facility; congrats to the thoughtful design and execution by the Reno team. Love the huge ceiling fans and the functional floor to ceiling doors that no doubt will be used the days weather allows.
Definitely will be back and you should too.
