What a fantastic restaurant!!! I went for my birthday based on their reviews because I love good food and energy and that is exactly what I got. Both owners were there and they were so nice! The staff and bartender were also great! The food was 10/10. I had catfish, greens, dressing and homemade cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread and my friend had lamb chops. We also had corn ribs and not only is that cool but it was delicious! For dessert we were gifted cheesecake, which was so good. The restaurant is beautiful. It was easy parking and easy to find. I’m excited to go back!!

My wife and I visited this restaurant at the beginning of January after seeing the high reviews. We ordered the deviled eggs to start. Not only was it appetizing, it tasted good too. I highly recommend it. We then ordered the smothered pork chop for our entree. We added a side of collard greens and cornbread. The gravy/ sauce was very good however the pork chop can be more tender. The greens were salty while the cornbread was dry. For the dessert, we had the peach cobbler with ice cream. I recommend this too. BTW, the entree was big enough for us to share.
Although it was beautiful inside, it was too bright giving a “cafeteria” vibe. I think dimming the light halfway would improve the ambiance. The music volume was just right. This place is new and likely working out some kinks. We will try it again.

The food was indulgent and flavorful. We went all out and tried the corn ribs, fried chicken, oxtails, yams, mac & cheese, cornbread, and the brownie. Everything was delicious. The staff was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxing with nice decor. The background music was soulful and pleasant without being too loud. We will definitely be becoming regular customers!

Run out and support Etienna’s Eatery on Jordan Ranch Blvd/Kingsland! The service and food were absolutely amazing! Delicious flavor and the bar drinks were really good too. We ordered deviled eggs, mac & cheese, fried mac & cheese balls, collard greens, corn, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, oxtails, yams, lamb chops, salmon, and shrimp & grits.

This place is a 5 star. It was so delicious. The oxtails are really good. My husband, his friend and I tried the crawfish cornbread, deviled eggs, spinach dip, oxtail, lambchops, shrimp and grits, yams, greens, mac n cheese and blueberry lemon cake. Everything did not disappoint. The owner is also very nice, friendly, and had a very beautiful spirit about him. We will definitely be back. I would have taken more pictures but we had already dug in. ❤️

Very nice staff and beautiful decor. The silverware was clean and I appreciated that because alot of places its dirty. The food I feel was very good with the need of small tweaks. The salmon was cooked very well it was tender and delicious…for my personal liking I felt it was a little salty but I was able to over look that with how well it was cook and the rice was cook nice and the the creamy sauce was tasty. The creamy spinach was also tasty. I had macaroni and cheese I thought it was good but a little excess oil was pooling so I couldn’t finish it otherwise it was good. I had a delicious cake of blueberries and marscapone. I come to brookshire 2 times a month and have been enjoying patronizing the new businesses in flushear area and hope to see this business do well because I plan to come back and try some other food!
