Rice is Not Took Care Of and is Hard and Nasty looking Then I want Double Steak and It’s Barely Any steak in the bowl my order Comes out to 23.19$. And I’m barely getting any steak . Rice was hard. All the meat except the chicken looked dried out and I was told queso was extra, this was my first time eating at Chipotle. I asked for it on side cause I didn’t know if I was going to like it. When I got to register I was informed it was extra. I asked for him to take it back and refund me and was given a hard time. Never got refund and I did not like the queso at all. I also expected the place to be a lot cleaner for being a brand new establishment. This was my first and last visit to Chipotle

Food and service was great but their security needs to step up. I was trying to enjoy my meal inside but some guy was yelling the entire time. Grabbing what looked like pebbles from his pockets and dumping them into his bowl of rice. Kept yelling “Rocks! Im eating rocks!”. The workers refused to escort him out. Guy was definitely going through something.

The service wasn’t great, they purposely skim on the portions, and don’t keep track of when they run out of something. It’s a new location so I’m aware and patient. I know people have to learn but they can’t expect people to pay for a half empty bowl with hardly any meat.

This location is actually brand new. It used to be a Boston market when I walked in for the first time today the food looked so old and cold. There was a staff ordering food and she asked the other staff if what she was getting was fresh or old. I overheard her when I came up to look the food looks so old and cold. I walked out.
