I just left this Subway, and I have to say Justin absolutely made my day. I was having a rough one, but his positive attitude and amazing customer service instantly lifted my mood. He was friendly, patient, and really made me smile without even trying. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, but Justin definitely does. He did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated the way he treated me. Subway needs more employees like him! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience he gave me. Thank you, Justin!

Found a dead fly in my sandwich. Worker seemed annoyed I am hard of hearing or maybe he was having a bad day. This isn’t the first time I have heard of bug being in good here. 100% will not be back

Get these poor people some help. This poor kid was running the entire place by himself with a line of six people, WHILE people kept interrupting him making other peoples orders. He was fantastic, but clearly you don’t care about your employees enough to make sure they arent stranded.

Went and got a 6 inch the bread was so hard I could not eat it. I took the top off and ate the bottom. Second time this has happened. Won’t go back.

I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my recent experience has prompted me to do so. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude behavior from an employee at this location.

This morning, I stopped by to grab a sandwich on my way to work. When I arrived, the store was empty, including the staff. I waited for a while, went to the restroom, and when I returned, no one was there. I stood at the counter for about five minutes, then looked to see if anyone was in the back. I saw the employee sitting at the desk and politely said, “Excuse me,” but he looked and turned away, continuing what he was doing.

Assuming he hadn’t seen me, I decided to go outside and ring the doorbell, then waited a few more minutes before saying “Excuse me” again. This time, the employee came out and said, “Geez, lady, you just got here, give me a minute.” I explained that I’d been waiting, called to him multiple times, and that I needed to get to work.

The customer service was very disappointing, and the older gentleman who runs the place is also quite rude. I value good customer service and fair treatment. When I’m treated respectfully, I’m happy to return—even if there’s a mistake with my order. But rudeness and dismissiveness are enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I went in the other day around 2:30 for a late lunch. When I walked in, the one guy working didn’t look up or acknowledge my presence. The only other person working left a few seconds after I walked in and the guy working started grumbling to her before she walked out about how people “only ever want to come in when he’s busy.” He was busy making what appeared to be online orders, but I was the only guest inside. I stood there for about a minute or two, still hadn’t been greeted, while he grumbled and made the other sandwiches. Meanwhile, a couple walked in and he started talking even louder about how people only ever come in when he’s already busy. After about five minutes of listening to his airing out of grievances, I just walked out; I didn’t need his negative, impatient energy seeping into my lunch.

I understand being busy with online orders and I understand feeling overwhelmed, I’ve worked in food service before. But I also understand the importance of customer relations and a quick smile, nod, eye contact, and “I’ll be with you in a minute,” goes a long way.

This is my second time in this location, both times I experienced uncomfortable interactions with the staff. Subway isn’t good enough for me to put up with that nonsense.

Excellent Subway shop !
Went in for lunch, and my sandwich making gentlemen was cordial and talented. Had a great demeanor with other customers and pointed out that I got a discount for incidentally ordering the sandwich of the day. I was prepared to pay five bucks more, but he was honest and helped me out to save.
Thank you !

Subway is one of the worst restaurants on planet earth. How in the world is it possible for a 4/10 sandwich that only exists for convenience to cost 15 dollars. You can get the same sandwich online though the app for 8 or 9 bucks. I understand the convenience of online orders for the business, but an up charge of more than 33% is one of the most insane things I have ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in a market that has at least 4 better options for sandwiches, somehow all cheaper than subway

I’ve gone to this location several times over the last few years and everytime the taller bald guy is working I will leave and go to the other location. Every time I ask for something specific, like 3 pickles or 4 green peppers, he has some comment to make about it. Why does it matter that i only want 3 pickles its not like im asking you to stand and count out 16 pickles.

Went at 10am to order 6 foot longs. I was the only customer. Big bald guy was very rude and scolded me for not ordering online during his busy lunch time. Again it was 10am!!!! He made rude comments about edwardsville residents. Even when I tried to make small talk he was rude. I should have taken my business elsewhere but I will never go back to that location. That guy should find a job where he has no interaction with customers
