The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and was well decorated for the holidays but unfortunately the experience here was not as we expected. The food came out extremely slow, two pizzas made incorrectly and one dinner was forgotten. When time to pay our bill we asked they put half cash towards the bill and the other half on the debt card, they kept the cash and charged the card for the whole total mind you the bill already had gratuity added. The waitress gave the our card back and we asked for the recipt to sign, she said there’s nothing to sign your all set have a good night. If you plan to eat here in the future ask for recipts and hopefully they will do better for the next customer.

My family has lived in Lowell for over 12 years and have been watching it grow and change. I get excited when new places pop up. I was waiting to visit Bennett’s until they served food. We popped in there on a whim two Fridays ago and had an absolutely wonderful time. We brought our daughter and her friend (age 12 & 13). The girls played games for hours and didn’t want to leave. They had a decent amount of food to choose from, we decided on the regular and side winder fries, jalapeno poppers and a sausage pizza. The pizza is not thin crust,
which is what we usually prefer but we knew that prior to ordering, I’m so glad we ordered it, the crust was crispy and thick, a delicious flavorful dough. The poppers were cooked to perfection and both fries were easily devoured by all. The staff was super friendly and made us feel extra comfortable. It has a beautiful interior and the vibe was laid back. This is a great addition to our growing town. Thank you for making Lowell a little more fun and interesting, you are a much appreciated business ❤️

Food was delicious. We had fried pickles and beer cheese and fries. They were perfectly crispy and the beer cheese was fantastic. I love the decor and the unique touches that give it charm. It does have more of an upscale vibe but not too pretentious. Service was slow, but they were friendly and did not make any mistakes. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend and will definitely be back.

My family (extended) and myself went to Bennetts pub and play this evening. We wanted somewhere fun before we went to look at Christmas lights considering there are quite a few children in the group. My parents, brother, wife, and myself arrived first and when we walked in we were stared at like we shouldn’t be there right off the bat. My mom kindly introduced herself since no one said anything and said that she called prior and also kindly explained that she accidentally miscounted the group by two people (again a lot of them are children). We are a very easy going group and wanted to make having a larger amount of people easier on their staff. The woman told us we had two options and that she wasn’t going to take up a whole table for just two people with such and attitude. No problem we’ll be up mingling anyways. I couldn’t understand what the issue was about two chairs when there was only one other family at the restaurant other than us with plenty of empty tables and chairs. Fast forward we all finish eating and the kids want to enjoy the arcade, it was honestly all they could talk about. Nobody explained how the arcade was ran or how we needed to proceed to play any of the games. My younger cousins (all under the age of 13) had little bags full of quarters and as we were walking to the arcade the manager (I’m assuming) shouts at me across the the room and asks about the bag of quarters and to not let them put those anywhere again very rude. She also said how they only take coins which you need cash for. Absolutely no problem. Again very easy going group. Toward the end of our evening the youngest (2-3) was finished eating and we were getting ready to leave. The waitress questioned if her meal was even touched like the bill wasn’t already taken care of. The menu made it seem like with large groups gratuity would be added into the total bill. My mom wanted to double check to make sure that the waitress would be tipped and the manager was snippy and short like my mom was an idiot. Overall extremely disappointed. The girls working took one look at us and for some reason felt we didn’t deserve a bit of respect. We were all incredibly kind and tried to do anything to make it easier on them even after being made to feel like an inconvenience. Atmosphere gets two stars for having Christmas decorations.

This place is incredible!! We had Debbie, Becca and Maria. The food was delicious and great prices! And the atmosphere was absolutely so festive and cute! Everyone was o accommodating and friendly! Such a great place for meet with friends or a big party. We love that Bennetts is in our small town! We will continue frequenting this place on the regular!

This is our second time here. The first time was not a good experience.. so we did decide to try again. Much better this time. Kara was our bartender and was so much better than the first time we were here. We usually sit at the bar. Can’t say we would rush back .. but definitely a good atmosphere. There are tweaks that need to be made. I think it’s just an experience thing with the service. When it gets busy… you WILL wait for drinks. We had the chips and they were good. Also ordered a pizza. I’ll say good enough. With so many pizza options around.. again… nothing to run back for. Not exactly crazy expensive but $6.50 for a high noon?? I do think that’s overpriced.
