I’m so happy I took me out to enjoy Sagas. The food was rich in flavors I enjoyed every single bite. When you know you have to close your eyes to get the full experience you know. Service was top notch my servant was just on it all the time. The atmosphere is totally enjoyable too. I do recommend this place without a doubt. Special thanks to the staff that goes above and beyond to guarantee our total satisfaction. Management please let them know what an exceptional job they are doing.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. We got there early and were one of two tables so I questioned my choice. Have no fear!! I don’t know the last time every piece of food on our table we raved about. I had queen cut prime rib with loaded sweet potato and Mac and cheese. Prime rib cooked to perfection. Sweet potato the size of my head and the Mac and cheese to die for!!! My partner had a NY strip with baked potato and green beans. The entire meal he kept saying how good each bite of steak was. Seasoned to perfection. Green beans absolutely perfect and potato again, huge! OH, we also had sautéed mushrooms and onions on top. Definitely recommended this! The garlic flavor was superb and it just added another layer of pure perfection. Our server was awesome! The place was definitely getting busy as we were leaving, with a big party in the back as well, and she never missed a beat! Friendly. Fast. And personable. If I could rate this place a nine hundred I would! Wish I lived in town just so I could be a frequent customer. Now I know, when in Williston this will be a staple for me!!!

Absolutely excellent experience! The ribeye was cooked to perfection, the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Everything was delicious! The service was good, our waitress was very nice. The margarita was amazing! The only thing I will complain about is the organization between the staff. I ordered the prime rib with the snow crab, and they only sent the prime rib. It took a long time for them to bring the snow crab to me. They did not charge me for them though. Other than that, everything was great. I will come back again for the snow crab .

Everything that came out was exceptionally good. Except for the braut, it was just okay. Starting with the 2 mushrooms for 3 bucks. The stuffing inside these things were most excellent, and the slow heat that built up in your mouth from it was nice. Then there was the extra large baked potato that was hot and fluffy, (other “steak” restaurants in Williston should learn from these guys on how to serve a baked potato!) Everywhere else I go, I always get a hard, old potato or one that is over baked and it won’t even melt the butter. Then there were the green beans that looked like they were fried with bacon. They still had a nice bright green color to them. A good snap when bitten into and a great flavor. And for the meat section, I ordered the Queens cut prime rib with 1lb of snow crab. Hands down, this is THE BEST PRIME RIB in the area!!! The seasoning on the crust had an amazing flavor to it. The meat was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor I didn’t need au jus or horseradish. The crab had a great flavor to the meat that you don’t need butter sauce to dip into. For the first time, I found a place in Williston that I don’t mind spending the extra money to eat.

Sagas delivered the kind of night that starts classy and ends with you reconsidering every other steak you’ve ever eaten.
Nicole? Absolute pro. Margaritas never hit empty. Like she had a sixth sense for lime levels. Glass dropped below half and she was already sliding the next one in like a hospitality ninja.
Now let’s talk scallops.
Perfect sear. Golden crust. Firm on the outside, buttery inside. They didn’t just melt — they dissolved into this rich, salty, ocean-kissed goodness that made the whole table go quiet for a second. You know that pause when everyone’s chewing but no one’s talking? That kind of good.
Steaks came out strong. Atmosphere felt like date night meets oilfield victory dinner. Dim lighting, solid pours, and just enough buzz in the room to feel alive without being chaos.
It wasn’t just dinner. It was an event.
If you want: • Solid steaks
• Scallops done right
• Margaritas that keep coming
• Service that doesn’t miss
Sagas is your move.
And Nicole? Give her a raise.

We were very disappointed. Waited over an hour for our food when they were not busy. We were told it was because we ordered our steaks medium and medium well. Then when they came the medium steak was bloody and rare and the potatoes were cold. The steak was tough and hard to chew. I do not recommend eating here.

Enjoyed the most delicious linguine ala vongole tonight at Sagas Primehouse in Williston. 11/10! Amazing service, delectable food, delightful MT huckleberry martini. Highly recommend you check them out!

We went on Valentines Day so it was super busy. So understandable service was a bit behind. But the Food was good and we enjoyed it.
