Really neat dining room. Delicious pizza and pastries. Only reservations for groups of six or more. Deepdish pizzas take about 30 minutes to cook but look delicious.

Oh my gosh!!! This place is amazing . The coffee and pastries are to die for ❤️. If you’re a local or just passing through Livingston, this is a must stop! The staff is incredible too. Always happy and smiling. Lunch salads are one of my favs as well. This place just makes me so darn happy!

The service was the highlight on our visit. Attentive, and friendly throughout the meal. The atmosphere was nice with a good vibe, though the space could use a bit more character on the walls to make it feel a little more complete. The food was okay overall but seemed to lack major flavor.

recently grubbed on their pizza, arugula salad, and Caesar salad, and here’s the lowdown. The pizza was pretty solid—good crust, tasty sauce, and the toppings were fresh. No complaints there. Now, the arugula salad had a nice peppery kick, onion pickle and the dressing was on point. It was a good, light choice. Lastly, the Caesar salad was classic with Parmesan cheese , but well done. The lettuce was crisp and fresh , the dressing creamy. Overall, a decent meal with something for everyone.
Tiramisu was the best for dessert

Wow! This place is amazing. Best deep dish pizza I have ever eaten. We order the 1928 Bulletproof and it was spectacular. Sauce, crust, all flavors were balanced and delicious. Can’t wait to try the Neapolitan style pizza. We ordered cheesecake and other baked goods from the counter and all were phenomenal. The restaurant as also cozy and modern. Highly recommended. Nice work Engine Room!

Amazing food! I was in Livingston to run an errand and decided to stop for an early dinner. As I walked towards the restaurant I was treated by the lovely smell of baking pizza. I was warmly greeted as I entered, and took a seat at the bar. I ordered a starter of Enzo’s meatballs and an Orchard salad (warning salad is large!), with an entree of a mini Miles. The salad was packed with fresh berries and slices of peaches, the meatballs were tender & flavorful, and the house tomato sauce (oh my). The mini Miles would top most Chicago pizza shops! The crust was light and buttery, the topping all melded together with the sauce for dare I say an almost religious experience. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m passing by Livingston.

Amazing deep dish and Neapolitan pizza, fresh artisanal salads, and shareables made Engine Room Pizza a standout in Livingston. The vibe was lively but low-key, with local high school students playing live music and a team that made us feel right at home. We ended the night with cannolis, fresh pastries, and a glass of wine..sweet, simple, and just right. A perfect night in this charming Montana town.

Upon arrival we were seated pretty quickly, the first initial server we had seemed to be at the end of her shift. She wasn’t the friendliest and seemed rather annoyed with our presence.
The wait time for the food was rather long considering there was just one other table in the dinning room. It took about an hour for two pies.
Our second server was very lovely and full of smiles. Definitely made up for the service we received initially.
The pizzas were well worth the wait and probably hands down the best pizza I have had.
The pastries were over the top as well.

We were just doing a day trip driving loop from Bozeman and happened on this little gem. I don’t eat much pizza simply because I’ve gotten tired of the same old thing- either crust so crisp it’s like a mouthful of razors or so thick you’re choking on carbs all afternoon. We had the Daisy pizza with a small orchard salad. Perfect for 2. Both were exceptional! Absolutely recommend this one and we will be back!
