Went through drive thru ordered 2 ala carte boxes of orange chicken.. was told it’d be a 7-8 minute wait. Ok that’s fine.. was asked to park in one of the drive thru waiting spots. Waited 20 min before I finally went in and asked. They had forgotten about us. Get home only to realize it doesn’t even taste freshly made like it still tastes fine but definitely not fresh. Like why even make us wait cashiers name was Alex. And he was definitely avoiding me while I was in there. It wasn’t even busy. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience made me pretty annoyed and kinda angry

The food’s fine, but don’t bother ordering ahead. I ordered a single plate over 30 minutes in advance. When I showed up, I found out my order didn’t move from “in queue” to “in process” until the time I was supposed to pick it up. Here, you can see a photo I took 15 minutes after the pick-up time. 20 minutes after, my name disappeared from the board even though my food wasn’t ready yet. I’m still waiting now.

Update: Finally just received my order, 25 minutes after the pick-up time and 58 minutes after I initially ordered. Why does it take an entire hour for a fast food restaurant to make a single plate of food?

Update 2: To add an additional insult on top, I received an automated text message saying my order was ready for pick-up while driving home, 8 minutes after I’d been given the order and left the store. I know it’s not the fault of the employees here, but Panda Express needs to get their logistics together.

Service was initially on the slow side, but I think they had a lot of pick up/drive-through orders. Our orders were dine-in, and I was about as pleased with this place as you can be with a panda express. Some of the tables needed to be cleaned, but no major complaints from me.

My husband went through the drive thru in Parker, Colorado and ordered our food which was very simple. I was on the phone with him when he had placed the order which was~ a plate of half white rice and half chow mein with double orange chicken, another plate with fried rice, benji beef and orange chicken, two veggie eggs rolls and two cheese rangoons with two large cokes.
The receipt shows exactly the what we had ordered but the food upon delivery when my husband got home. I was very disappointed to see that my plate of the half and half with double orange chicken is MIA but replaced with another plate that duplicated the other one ordered. How can a staff not double check every single thing at every position in the store?!?!? I’m a general manager of a restaurant myself and make that number one priority in my staff…. There is absolutely no excuse or reason for this mistake. Unfortunately we had paid in cash and won’t be receiving a refund due to the location being closed by the time we would arrive. Which we don’t live that close and it’s not worth my time to get the proper order when it should’ve been properly packaged in the first place. I normally don’t like leaving complaints but this absolutely pushed my damn buttons and am extremely disappointed…

Nice place, but that’s about it. People were nice but nothing special. Very little options and just didn’t feel like the other pandas. So many workers just sitting around. Not sure why when so many bowls were empty. I would not go out of my way to eat here.

Was there waiting for our food for 40 minutes the crew member nick looked at our order 4 times never questioned what was missing then tried to have us pay without it being done. Then proceeded to say another 10 minutes for the last part of the meal bc they never made it and wanted to serve us cold food. The cashier Jacob dropped 3 different orders while we were there. The Manager Ling i believe her name was was way over her head and staying in the front of the line just taking orders not checking on others that were waiting. We ended up walking out.

Came in to give another chance, yet again same crew in Store manager, jacob and some other kid… Jacob again looked at the order 4 times didn’t do anything the store manager disappeared after taking the order for me and my roommate… 40 minutes we waited i told Jacob i wanted to talk to the manager he said she’s busy i said i don’t care i want to talk to her his response was “i don’t care you don’t care” when she came out what she was busy with was “count” not taking care of the customer she was taking care of or taking the complaint she was doing count… She has no sense of customer service at all… then all we were offered was 20% off and free drinks…. when i asked for the corporate number she wouldn’t give it to me either saying she didn’t have it… She says she’s new but i’ve seen her there when the old store manager there and she’s been the manager for at least 2 months… her name was Jili or something like that… i’m sorry 2 months is long enough to know most of your shit… i’ve been store manager before in customer service first thing they give you is the corporate number… Never go here this place is horrible Jili shouldn’t have ever been a manager and jacob needs to learn customer service

We went right when the place opened. It was 12 degrees out. Xiao was cooking, running cashier, lobby orders and drive thru and she maintained such a kind demeanor throughout. The food was great too. We’ll be back for sure.

I come to this location a lot and usually it’s hit or miss but today was so great, I had to share about it. I was greeted as soon as I entered. The whole food line looked full and fresh. My order was taken quickly and pleasantly. The staff also said goodbye to another customer…overall a night a day change.

Very disappointed. I ordered Beef Broccoli and honestly there is almost no beef in my order. Just a few (literally maybe 5) smaller than a dime size pieces. I transferred the broccoli into the lid to show there wasn’t any beef hiding below. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Used the drive-thru for two bowls. My wife received six shrimp in a bowl that costs almost $9. Trying to figure out the value – sounds like an awful lot of profit, rather than value. I expected to not see so much white rice at the very top.

I’ve had better fried rice. It was heavy on oil and not a lot of flavor.

We are Panda Express fans. I think we will pass on this location moving forward.
