I love the food here always amazing but the service was horrible, we waited for our food what felt like 20 minutes. But while waiting instead of coming to the window and allowing us to pay and letting us know it would be a bit just sat on her phone the entire time and when she finally came to us i never even got a total she just took my card, and handed me my food and that was it.

Im disgusted with my birria tacos today. And the customer service wow! No change available nor even apologized for making me use my credit card. The girl at the drive through was completely rude and snotty about not having change. The tacos were flavorless no color and the broth was absolutely disgusting it was like water.

Nice place for lunch, its a bit hectic between ordering, getting your drinks and the salsa bar, with this being said the food over takes the crowds at busy times , we took our lunch to go, definitely recommend!!

A restaurant lives or dies by their cook. I’ve eaten at Abelardo’s numerous times since they opened. I’ve always been happy with the service and the food. Tonight I sat at the drive through window for over 15 minutes with 5 cars backed up behind me. I’ve had the Green Chilli plate several times in the past and sometimes it’s been better than others. Tonight it was disgusting. It didn’t look or taste like the same dish. The sauce was runny, the pork looked more like something coarsely ground with large pieces of fat and gristle in it. The rice was dried out and the beans had no taste. I ended up tossing it in the trash. Basically throwing away $20.00 With the number of really good Latin food restaurants in this town, I won’t be doing that again.

We ordered our food and my son and I were sitting down enjoying our food Intel 10:28 am on Oct 30th a ladey ran in and went strait to the counter and was chatting with the staff at first then other staff come out and she was still chatting with them and was almost behind the counter just talking. At first thought no big deal how nice an employee come in on her time off and talk to her friends how nice then she pulls out a vap and looks me strait in my eyes while she puts it to her lips and vaping in the restaurant that just ruined the whole experience why is vaping allowed in there by someone who clearly works there. I dont want that in my food. So gross.
