Whenever we call to place an order, they don’t understand English properly and often hang up the phone. They don’t listen carefully to what we order and end up messing up the food every time. This isn’t the first time it has happened.
This time, I ordered a mushroom empanada, and they sent a burned one. The same thing happened last time when they sent the wrong empanada. When I informed them, they said the owner refused to replace it.
This is very poor customer service. Sending burned food is unacceptable.

I was real hungry and tried the shredded beef empanada, shark with plantain, and chorizo with scrambled eggs (huevos), plus passion fruit juice. Everything was delicious but the hearty helping of the shredded beef was amazing! Great food! Thanks!!

I was super excited to try this place because i love me some empanadas. When i went in, they have a menu only in Spanish with no translationat all. I would like to know what im buying. So, you walk in and they only have a kiosk to order your food. I placed my order, a traditional empanada and and cheese empanada. They came out 20 minutes later and wers super greasy…the paper towel in the take out container was covered in grease…dont think ill be back

I’ve been to this location three times, and the experience has been inconsistent. They don’t take orders in person. Instead, they send a link and require you to order online.
I’ve had this type of food many times before at other places, so I’m familiar with how it should taste. The first time here, I ordered a cachapa with pork. It was very good. A bit pricey, but in my opinion, worth it.
The second time, I called to place an order and was told I’d receive a link to order online. I never received it. When I went in person during lunch hours, the restaurant was closed, even though they had said they were open.
The third time, I was craving an arepa. I ordered one with pork, avocado, and cheese. Unfortunately, it was very greasy. The pork tasted like freezer burn, and the avocado was brown.
I really wanted to like this place, but I couldn’t. I don’t mind paying more for quality food. Paying more for poor quality? I’ll pass.

I never went here, was going to go and try it but after you responded that way to a review, instead of improving whatever it is, you have the nerve to talk like that. You better humble yourself otherwise you won’t have anybody but your family members to eat there. Have a good day.
