Almost exactly the same as the old place: ID Brazil. Steak has better flavor here than ID did but this place really dropped the ball on the pineapple. The cuts are way too thick and even though they asked us what temperature we like out meats (medium rare) everything was medium well or well done. The only drinks they have are bottled (even water) so your $45 bill instantly goes to $50 with just one drink. It was $102.80 (before tip) for two meals, a soda and a water and therein lies the problem: if you’re going to pay $50 (before tip) for a churrascarria experience in CT, you might as well drive to either west Hartford and go to Texas de Brazil or white plains and go to fogo de chao. It’s basically the same price (maybe a few dollars more) but a top dining and food experience compared to this. If you really want to try this place, then I highly recommend getting it to go to save yourself some money. If this was like $20-$25, I’d be singing a different tune but over $100 for two people? You can literally go just about anywhere else.

As someone who takes great joy in exploring refined culinary experiences, I was genuinely impressed by this restaurant. The quality and care in each dish speak to extraordinary craftsmanship.
The lamb was the undeniable star — beautifully caramelized on the outside, tender and succulent within, offering deep, rich flavors that linger with every bite. A true masterpiece.
The beef, while flavorful, was slightly firm in texture and had some sinew present; however, its seasoning and char still made it enjoyable.
The grilled pineapple was nothing short of sensational — warm, sweet, and elevated by the hint of cinnamon and its delicately caramelized surface. It created a harmony of flavors that felt both vibrant and indulgent.
To finish, the passion fruit mousse was a refreshing and elegant choice — light, silky, and bursting with tropical brightness.
The buffet selection, while beautifully prepared and truly delicious, felt rather limited in variety. Each item was executed with care, yet expanding the assortment would elevate the overall dining experience even further.
An outstanding experience overall. Highly recommended for those who appreciate thoughtful, well-executed cuisine.

We asked for our meat to be well-done, and they gave us the most burnt piece imaginable! And all just to respond with sarcasm. (This happened because the first piece of meat they served us was bloody; they did allow us to send it back—but only to serve us *this* garbage instead! It tasted bitter…) On top of that, they charged us a “miscellaneous” fee—essentially a cover charge for plates, cutlery, and napkins. We would have accepted that charge if they had provided disposable items, but we used *their own* standard utensils!
