OK, so I’ve had Jimmy John’s hundreds of times and it’s typically pretty good. But today, I figured I’d do a review on the new Gyro. It’s fantastic. Smells amazing taste amazing you won’t regret this one. oh yeah, service superfast. But napkins would’ve been nice. The hot ham & 3 cheese is so tasty but needs a sauce I chose the horseradish.

A huuuge tip of my hat to Sandwich Superstar, Caspar Uy. He came up with a few “specialty” menu options that make this Jimmy Johns unlike any other in the city and allow for ingredient combinations that I may not have thought of. Vegan options as well!

I’ve stopped in a number of times as this is a very convenient location to visit while I’m on the job. Recently, however, I’ve had additional reasons to stop by: Caspar Uy and his clear love of his job. Caspar started sometime this year, and every time we meet, I’ve left with a smile. He personally hand-crafted a “secret menu” featuring different ingredient combinations that are not all featured on the main menu, This really spices things up and keeps each JJ’s visit fresh and enjoyable. He even came up with Vegetarian and Vegan specific sandwiches in addition to the omnivorous ones. He truly goes above and beyond ANY “fast food” employee I have ever met, and is more “there for the customer” in every regard. More than just taking my order, he makes me feel seen, heard, and respected, and it’s hard not to notice his dedication to service and wonderful attitude in turn. SERVICE= 1000 stars. Get this kid a raise/promotion STAT

First AND last time I order from this location. I ordered a combo meal last Saturday evening that was supposed to arrive by 5:45 PM. By 6 PM my meal was a no-show so I phoned the restaurant and found out that my food was still sitting there because they had no delivery drivers and had to call Door Dash. Okay…so why don’t you post that information? My scheduled break went without a meal. At 6:30 I finally got my food, but with a stale Coke and a sandwich that was left sitting in the fridge for several more hours at my workplace. Sick and tired of spending $20-plus for so-so food and lousy service.
