3/4/2025: Small spot inside a Latino Market. Friendly service. Chips and salsa were offered complimentary however the chips weren’t that good. Some crispy some stale. Salsa was good though.
Sopa Birria (Birria Ramen) was so delicious. Noodles were overcooked but otherwise the broth was spicy and flavorful, lots of meat. Onions, cilantro, limes on the side.
Camarones apretalados was a good size. Flavor was lacking but it was filling, shrimp not overcooked.
Nice spot, look forward to trying other items on the menu

We were passing through Wenatchee and craving Tacos. I’m so glad my copilot found and chose this place. It was SO GOOD. Best tacos I’ve had in a long time and will definitely go back and 10/10 recommend.
I got 3 tacos; carnitas, chicharron, buche.
My friend got quesabirria.
Everything was top notch. To my surprise the tacos came with grilled onion and jalapeño on the side and I loved that authentic touch and added flavors. I took a bite of my friend’s quesabirria and it was also super tasty. Only bad thing to say is that I’m sad El Fogon is so far away from where I live. Don’t be discouraged by it’s location in the back of the store.

Birria ramen and pizza sign me up. Ramen was spicy and gave me a little head sweat and I loved it. Saved the leftover broth for my pulled pork sandwich. Pizza was big and meaty!! My new addiction.

I was excited to try this restaurant because I was recommended it by a local friend. Unfortunately it was a bit mediocre as far as Mexican food. The sauces were way too spicy, and if you use too much it overpowers the flavors. The beans tasted like they were out of a can, but the rice was decent. I ordered a chile relleno, which seemed a bit too saturated in grease; definitely have had better elsewhere. The only thing that I really enjoyed were the tortillas, which were made fresh. The portions are huge, so you’ll be taking home a lot of food.
The restaurant itself feels like it doesn’t have air conditioning, so go there when it isn’t too hot. The service was also a bit slow, which was surprising considering that there were only two tables occupied.

The birria plate was delicious, the salsa spice, chips were freshly deep fried, imported coca cola. Ambiance cheap and Latin American influenced, small kitchen in the back cooking up amazing food!

Might be the best birria in the state. If you typically have a lot of “special requests” when you dine out (hold this, add that) I don’t recommend this place unless you speak Spanish.

The birria tacos are the best I’ve ever had so much so that even tho the service is never good and they always have the most stank face and attitude to serve me I keep coming back. honestly hire new servers bc making any request seems like the biggest drag to them and the sight of me walking in ruined there day. I thought to myself the first time maybe because I’m young they think I won’t tip so even tho the service was bad I tipped in hopes of better service next time only to be met w the same shitty service over and over so the next time I go get shitty service know it’s only for the birria tacos bc the kitchen knows what there doing but the servers clearly dont
