Awesome customer service. Far exceeding the experience of the other location on Winchester. It’s Taco Bell — I’m not expecting gourmet… but I am expecting to be acknowledged and appreciated as a consumer and this location is always on-point when it comes to taking care of business. It’s the only one in town we go to anymore — they’ve never once told me to “expect to wait” in spite of them being made aware of the fact that the Kiosk isn’t designed for accessibility! LOVE LOVE LOVE this location.

Paid extra for beef and instead I get none.. this isn’t the first time or else I would try to get it fixed. Such a waste of gas. And time! This is such a frequent occurrence that this is only my 2nd time at this location in a year! Never get it right. Don’t try calling it never even rings.

The food was good but not GREAT for the amount paid. The service was good, fast and nice, but what is to be expected for such high prices. The atmosphere is quiet and open. The fact that I paid $24.10 for 4 tacos and 2 small drinks is outlandish. What has happened to the fast food industry in this aspect? The government CANNOT be the only thing wrong with the prices. Taco bell needs to get their stuff together and stop upcharging everything that someone orders. I get that it’s supposed to be a treat to get to go out to eat. But this is absolutely absurd!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This Taco Bell has fallen off so hard it’s not even funny. The last two times I’ve been there, even though I placed my order online over 6+ minutes before I got there, I still waited OVER 20 MINUTES for just 2 burritos. And they messed up my order the time before that aswell. You could probably go to the Taco Bell in Wheelersburg, OH, get your food, drive back, and still be waiting on your order to be ready. Worst Taco Bell around, you’re better going to the one in Ashland before you go to the one in Russel. This is not President approved.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, I went through the drive thru for my food. Ended up having to go inside since they gave me the complete wrong item. After remaking they made it wrong again, unfortunately I had already left and didn’t feel like turning back around.

This store will not take your order at the counter no more STUPID so you have to use the stupid pad thing so if you want to add or minus something from your food your screwed. Guess they just want drive thru. I’ll just eat somewhere else !

Extremely rude drive thru worker, I was on a door dash and I didn’t know the lobby was open and I asked kindly for the order at the speaker the lady responds in an extraordinarily rude manner, she goes “ehh the lobbies still open till 12 come inside and get it” sounding like I stole her candy. This was an awful experience I contacted the support teams at door dash and canceled the order on my end I will never buy any food here and never dash to this store again. It’s not hard to be polite, especially when it’s your job.
