This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the manager is always on top of his game. The food is fresh every single time – you can tell they really care about doings great job. It’s honestly the friendliest Wendy’s I’ve been to. Definitely worth stopping in, especially in comparison to other super close food places with less than favorable customer service and food.

I came here on my lunch break. I was looking at for about 10 minutes before I was even asked that I want to place an order. They refused to take my order and no one spoke in English whatsoever so I end up having to leave wasted about 15 minutes of my lunch break. One of the persons told me that I need to learn Spanish, so I feel like they didn’t take my order because of my ethnicity

Breakfast is good here. Anything that I have tried here for breakfast has been good. The potato wedges are particularly nice. Pleasant change from the common hash brown. Biscuits and gravy? Yes! Bacon good, egg good, square croissant yup! Chicken patty, with honey butter, got it. Sausage yummy! Breakfast Baconator? Yes please! BTW anytime day or night would be great! To bad it’s served only in the morning. Do the breakfast. I’m really sure you are going to enjoy it.

Man I really wanted to love this place customer service is awesome but my burger was undercooked you could taste it and when I looked I could tell it was bad. The chicken sandwich was delicious but I can’t get over the almost raw meat in my burger it tasted ruff.

STAY AWAY!!!! Do not trust this location. There food is half ass made when they will actually take your order because they will not help customers. And don’t believe there hours of operations. They open when they want so they don’t have to deal with breakfast sales. Went again this morning after 9 a.m. and no one will let you in or take your order but they can all stand there on there phones looking at you!! I am definitely calling corporate on this location.

Today I had a very bad experience with Ms. Lulu/Maria Cruz, who was rude and arrogant. I was waiting for my food and was the only person there. When I approached her to ask why I hadn’t been notified, she replied that it wasn’t a restaurant and she will not serve me at the table. I’ve always had good experiences with the other staff.

Please hire drive thru workers that are fluent in ENGLISH at a minimum. I’m tired of coming here and them messing up my orders and having trouble communicating with staff, just to place simple orders or ask simple questions. They’re nice enough people, but being able to communicate clearly is essential for customer facing roles.

I don’t often go for fast food, but was invited by the manager to receive a year of Free chicken sandwiches! On this visit I had a tasty chicken wrap, fries, and a frosty (of course) all for $11.68.

For a place that The advertise’s being open 24/7. Why are the doors locked?The dining room is supposed to be open 24 hours, saying things to drive through.So if the door is locked and that it means you’re not open twenty four hours a day , so take the sign off and change the hours too, some people get off work at 11pm
