Picking up an order here is always a deep sigh of “here we go again”. Walking into the establishment, the front counter crew always looks annoyed you walked in, pick up orders are never started until you arrive in store, and they always are out/forget to put items in the order, which is a headache in itself cause customers call me to complain instead of blaming the restaurant for the incompetence. Slightly better lighting indoors than the other local area Popeyes, but that’s about the nicest thing I can give this establishment. Employees clearly hate/don’t want to be there, which I can’t blame them for that, and are always understaffed or have only one person working kitchen with 3-4 others just standing around doing nothing with their phones out. Just go to the KFC down the street, drive-thru is much quicker.

“Popeyes? More like Nope-eyes.”

If you’re looking for the fast food equivalent of a horror movie, look no further than this Popeyes. Walking in, I was greeted not by the welcoming aroma of fried chicken, but by a scene so chaotic it felt like the restaurant had been abandoned and left to fend for itself. The floors? Sticky and grimy enough to make you question if you’d stepped onto a glue trap. The chairs? Broken, just like my dreams of a decent meal. Oh, and forget about a soda—machine didn’t work. No napkins, either. I guess we were expected to wipe our hands on our pants.

The register worker didn’t even bother with a “hello.” Instead, she stared at us like we’d interrupted her very important day of… whatever it is she was doing. You know that feeling when you try to be polite and you just get absolutely nothing back? Yeah, that was her vibe.

We ordered to eat in (huge mistake) and waited a solid 10 minutes for food that tasted like it had been waiting longer than we had. A cold bun, limp, sad fries that might as well have come out of a time machine from yesterday, and all of it served with the enthusiasm of a DMV clerk on a Monday morning. Fries in parchment paper? What is this, a chicken-themed craft fair? Count the amount of fries we received with the combo…

And if the food wasn’t bad enough, the employees decided to put on a live performance of “Who Can Yell the Loudest?” Loud arguing filled the air as we sat there, staring at our tragic tray of disappointment.

Honestly, we left faster than we came in. If you’re considering visiting this location, do yourself a favor: keep driving. You’ll save yourself the headache and probably your appetite. 0/10—would not recommend.

I order spicy wings and they told me to wait and they forgot after I waited for god knows how long until I went inside, they didn’t do shit, restaurant look empty and I got the wrong order.

Please don’t go here if you craving something or if you on your period.

I stopped at this Popeyes location for a quick 3-piece signature chicken meal on my way home—nothing fancy, just expecting decent fast-food service. Instead, I got an absolute masterclass in incompetence and indifference.
At the drive-thru window, they immediately told me to pull around front and that someone would bring the order out. Fine, I waited. Ten minutes go by—no food, no update, nothing. Then a worker strolls out to the car next to me, hands them their bag, turns to us, and casually asks what we ordered and why we’re still sitting there. We explain. She says she’ll be right back with our food. Another 10 minutes pass. Still nothing. No apology, no sense of urgency—just complete radio silence.
At the 20-minute mark, fed up and hungry, I finally had to get out of my car, walk inside, and track someone down to explain that we were still waiting on an order they supposedly had ready to bring out. Only then did they bother assembling it right in front of me like it was the first time they’d heard about it.
This wasn’t a busy rush hour mishap; it was straight-up neglect. The staff seemed utterly unbothered by a customer waiting twice as long as any reasonable person should for a simple chicken meal. Clearly, management has zero accountability or training in place, because no owner who actually cared about their business would allow employees to treat paying customers with such blatant disregard.
Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the frustration—do NOT give this location your money. If you’re checking reviews before choosing where to eat, let this be the one that steers you far away. There are plenty of other places (even other Popeyes) that can serve hot chicken without turning it into a 20+ minute ordeal requiring you to chase your own food down.

Don’t waste your money here. Waited a long time to order at the drive thru and pick up window. Fries were COLD. I mean seriously cold. Why bother. Chicken wasn’t cooked through, no flavor and ice cold. Biscuit tasted old. Had to throw the whole thing out. Sucks we have no recourse especially when you use the drive thru. Stay away.

Parked outside and walked in. Upon walking in, said hi to the cashier. She just stares at me. I then glance at my wife and back at the cashier waiting for any kind of speech. Nothing. Cashier just looks like she is extremely annoyed a customer walked in. I proceed to order. The only speech I get is a ‘what drink’ after finishing ordering. I look over at the fountain drinks station to be told ‘those don’t work’. Ok – so I order a sprite. Get told the total, so pay with credit card. No thank you, your order will be ready soon, nothing. I get a table to sit down and the floors in this establishment are absolutely dirty. Not like a few crumbs dirty but like not deep cleaned in weeks dirty. Pictures attached to this review show the floors. Food takes about 10 minutes while we wait then cashier calls out our order. I walk up to the register to get the food (any other fast food place McDonald’s chick fil a etc bring the food to your table) and take it back to my table to sit down and eat. I got the chicken sandwich combo and an extra chicken sandwich. Total fries in the bag was like 12 fries. Fries were cold (not sure why they were cold we ate in and aren’t they under a heat lamp?) Sandwich bun was ice cold. Chicken was hot though. No napkins in the bag. Walk up to the counter to look for napkins near the drink area or anywhere – none at all. Ask cashier for napkins and ketchup (why weren’t napkins in bag if you don’t put them on the counter.) and cashier again looks so annoyed that I as a customer am there. My wife and I finish eating and leave. Some thoughts for whoever runs this franchise: lord Jesus you need to clean house in this place. It is disgustingly dirty inside – zero customer service rude employees – and lousy cold food. Don’t take my word for it Mr franchise owner – send a secret shopper in. Surprised you let this place get to this point.

Consistently poor experience. They frequently struggle with payments, often insisting on exact change or citing ‘machine issues.’ Communication at the drive-thru is lacking—they rarely mention out-of-stock items until you’ve already ordered. To top it off, the staff acts like basic requests are an inconvenience, and even when they agree to a modification, the order is almost always wrong.

Beware of fraudulent card charging by employees. I was falsely told a payment was declined and used other debit card. Before handed my food, I had accessed online banking to see that the charge did process…so did the charge on the other card. I was literally charged twice for the same meal. When asked, the manager offered no assistance and said to take it up with the bank. I returned the next day and another manager said they were not authorized to refund any purchases and denied any information to next level management/franchise owner. By getting my second card, it’s easily overlooked, as a double charge on same card is noticeable. It’s possible this is a scam being run by employees.
Popeyes customer service exchange is no better, it’s been nearly a month of email exchanges and no solution has been reached. RBI and Popeyes have zero customer accountability. On top of that, the food was horrible.

I went through the drive-thru on the day before Halloween and the manager was cursing another employee while he was removing cash from the till. I couldn’t even request condiments because they weren’t listening they were so busy cursing each other back and forth. If you call the store to try to get information to speak with a GM or the owner Sean who states he’s the manager won’t give you any information he barely gave me his name. The chicken is never cooked completely the fries seem to be refried and the biscuits look like baseballs. My food was just thrown into the box.

Dining room was closed and had to use drive through. Drive through slow and employee had trouble finding our mobile order. Food was half cold and order was not complete. Glad we checked before we left the window. Missing fries, a drink and sauces. Bas customer service. Won’t be back. Should have went to chick fil a.
