I’ve never had chopped cheese before, but I loved this one. The meat/cheese/bread ratio was great. The bread was really perfect. Strong enough to hold up to wet ingredients but soft enough to bite easily.
FYI, this is located under a black tent at the edge of the strip mall, not in a shop. There’s no signage and we almost missed it.

I didn’t expect this little street shop to give me the best sandwich I had since I moved to SF. Great price point and portion. Their regular sandwich was HUMONGOUS in size, so I got half a chicken philly for $9, which was still very satisfying.

Love this place, friendly service and very communicative, feel right at home when I pull in to city chopped cheese and the food is the best hands down. I love the Cali chopped cheese very delicious and savory flavors there the first bite just Melts in your mouth. I come here every time they open if I have the time and after there meal I am good for the rest of the day very filling place. Best French fries in town!!

Mo’s chopped cheese sandwiches are amazing. Took my daughters there once and it was a done deal after that. Every time we are in the area it’s our go-to!
