Person serving the food was rude didn’t tell us our order was ready, and didn’t fix the card machine so I could pay by card. He just went to another station and was fixing the order of others. I had to tell him politely to set the card machine up, and is the order ready, and to give me my receipt. Ridiculous. This is a first that this has happened at this location, I visit here regularly.

Absolutely horrible service. The staff was relatively polite but extremely slow. I walked in shortly after 2:00 in the afternoon and immediately I was met with a long line. I knew that spelled trouble cuz there weren’t that many customers coming it’s just the service was so slow everything was all backed up. It took me 16 minutes just to get a medium fries and a nice tea. I only had a half hour so I didn’t appreciate having to rush. Another thing I dislike is the iced tea is kept behind the counter so if you want to refill you have to wait another 16 minutes. Please do something to correct this I probably will never be back so I’m not sure if I’ll ever see the Improvement or not thank you.

Breakfast sandwich was lukewarm and tasted microwaved sausage was actually cold Seasoned potatoes were similar to what you could make at home from frozen store bought potatos The quality of breakfast was horrible I see why McDonald’s is the clear winner by miles & miles Wendys should get out of the breakfast game Its a distraction from their burgers

Order was ready fast, fries actually hot and fresh, burger was assembled not slung all over the bun, and the cashier informed me of a discount I wasn’t aware of, store was clean and I noticed them comp a senior who was short on his coffee and tell him it was on the house….very cool.

The lady who takes out order inside in the late afternoons is a MUST!! We normally stop at least 4-5 days a week after work and she has the personality, skill, and customer service that every employer strives for in a business!!.She somehow in those few minutes brings our attitudes right back in order. This woman (embarrassed I don’t recall her name) is a leader and if she would be willing, would make a huge difference in.the attitudes and personalities of her coworkers. She is the reason we frequent your establishment as often as we do!!

Wendy’s forgot my drinks and wouldn’t help me get my drinks to me . They wanted me to pay double for door dash for their mistake .Door dash did return the money for the drinks but I wanted the drinks that’s why I ordered them. Just a bad experience
