Love the subs here”” #8 subclub with bacon is the bomb” the bread is always fresh and the lettuce and tomatoes looked really fresh today.. the employees are on top of it and do there job with a smile, great customer service skills.. definitely go online and make an account your points add up to use for free food.. I definitely recommend coming in and dining in or takeout..

I’m an OBX local who used to go to this location pretty regularly up until recently due to order inaccuracy and now I will never go back. Today my parents picked up a bowl for me, and told staff that there should be no peppers or onions (because I have food sensitivities) and they put both. Not only that, but there was a special guest: this lovely DEAD FRUIT FLY on the pickle, pictured. SO gross. They didn’t give my parents a receipt either, so I lost my money. At the very least, please take care of your fruit fly problem. Thanks for nothing

I walked in at ten minutes to closing & apologized for stopping in so late, but James & Chris were SO NICE about it! They were friendly, personable, & professional. The subs are great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone always seems happy to be there whenever I come in.
The only issue I’ve run into is accuracy of orders. I’ve stopped ordering online because every time I do, the order is wrong. And even when I come in to order at the counter, I happen to run into my orders being wrong occasionally as well. They’re usually super good about remaking my order when I come in, but it’s a bit annoying to have to keep returning every time because they forget the type of bread I ordered or even gave me the wrong sub entirely.
Great staff with excellent customer service and attitude. I come back time and time again because the service is unmatched. This is just one area that could use some improvement. Thanks!

I’ve experienced a mixed bag at the Jersey Mike’s in Manteo. First time the store had just opened, there was a slew of employees working and they were weighing all the meat to make sure portions were right. The next time I ordered online and the sandwich was not nearly as well put together as the first time. I ordered online again a couple days ago, this time a twelve inch sub; I was quite disappointed. The meat portion was definitely light as were the toppings, no onion and no vinegar/oil. For over $20, I expect better. Looks like I’ll have to stand in line and observe it being made if I want it done right.
