Came in for a quick bite tonight and the store was absolutely slammed. The lady that was in charge was great. She had a great attitude while helping train someone new, making sandwiches and helping customers. Well done. Give this lady a raise. Oh, the sandwiches were good too.

Does this place intentionally mess up orders? Why not just read the ticket and make what appears on the ticket??? Nope. This shop prefers customers to have to come back time and time again… to fix their mistakes. I’m over this place. NOT worth it at all. And QUIT calling everyone BOSS!!! Ugh…. Recommendation…. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this business. They don’t care!!!

I’m writing this review not based on the food, but because of an ongoing cleanliness issue related to the trash disposal at this sandwich shop. I work nearby, and it’s become increasingly frustrating to see trash scattered around the parking lot after they take out their garbage at night. It seems like when they throw the trash bags into the large dumpster, they sometimes miss, and instead of picking them up, they just leave them there. This leads to birds and other animals getting into the trash and spreading it all over the area.
It’s really frustrating, as it’s not just an inconvenience for those of us working nearby—it’s about maintaining a clean, respectful environment for everyone. I understand accidents happen, but it would be great if they took a little more care to make sure the trash actually makes it into the dumpster, or at least clean up if it doesn’t.
I hope they can address this and take responsibility for properly disposing of their trash. Keeping the area clean is everyone’s responsibility, and it’s important for all of us to do our part. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Twilight Zone
I went in for the first time. I rarely ever go out of my way to get any sort of sandwiches when I choose to eat out. Right as I walked in was a lively atmosphere of the entire place. Right music, it matched the entire place. I should mention it was CLEAN which definitely earns a lot of points. People working there were incredibly nice and willing to help with recommendations for someone coming in the first time. The food was PHENOMENAL. I don’t quite remember what I got. I think a number 13 with the additions to make it spicy since I’m a sucker for spice. First bite was incredible, never had anything like it. I’m not in the area often because I reside in tooele but I wouldn’t mind driving back to come in again. Would definitely recommend eating here. 🙂

i ordered online friday and went in at the designated time. they were slammed and didn’t start making my food until i got there. understandable for a Friday night so I sat for a while and watched the whole line get helped and sit or leave. I asked again if my order was ready and they said they were working On it still. So I went and browsed the aisles of the dollar store and came back, thinking it was definitely done. Still not done other people had come and left. A man came in with his order and said his sandwiches were all wrong, so when I finally got my order, I checked the sandwiches and sure enough I was missing bacon. when I let the kids know, They ignored me. when I reminded them they started putting a raw pan of bacon in the oil, so I grabbed the bags and left. These were young guys working, who obviously were not prepared for this rush, and I blame management for the lack of communication and order. really terrible service compared to the Taylorsville location.

Just went in for my first time. I’ve had every other major sandwich chain from subway, jimmy johns, and gandolfos, but this place sets the bar for sure.
The freshly sliced meat is nice, but what’s more impressive is the sandwich structure. You get an even bite all the way through the sandwich. The bread isn’t too hard at all, and the thinly sliced ingredients create an easy to chew experience. Absolutely impressive guys. I devoured the entire sandwich in the parking lot, and I never do that

I love this sandwich shop, I visit this place almost every Monday as it’s close to my office. The staff is always super friendly and remembers my name and order! The owner is super friendly as well, I feel like this is more of a neighborhood store rather than a chain. My food is always super fresh, prepared perfectly, piled high, and put together quickly even when they are super busy. Honestly, if this shop is a longer drive for you, it’s worth it!
