Staff aren’t well versed in quality customer service. Exhibit A: I order my chicken and am quoted a wait of 4 minutes. Those 4 minutes go by and I notice more and more customers who ordered after me receive their finished order before me. After about 10-12 minutes of waiting I finally go up to the counter and ask for the eta on my order. The worker says they are all out of tenders and it’s gonna be 10 more minutes to make new tenders. I agree to wait but I am not offered any sort of coupon discount extra food item on the house to acknowledge a clear mistake on the staff’s part in inventory availability. So I pay full price for service promised in 4 minutes end up waiting 20 and am supposed to be satisfied and act like nothing was wrong. Unsatisfied

This chicken is amazingly delicious, and for the price you are going to want to take it all. They should offer fountain drink or smaller size drink bottles. I looks like a glut eating my 3 piece chicken box with a 2 liter soda. The servers/workers could use a couple of cessions in friendliness and positive service mood.

Ordered Mashed potato’s and gravy, just got a bowl of gravy. Asked for a tender meal, got a 8PC meal with bone in. Absolutely horrible, my husband cannot eat bone in chicken and so I just wasted $31 on a meal that was supposed to feed us both. Safe to say I will never come back and eat here again after this experience.

Their chicken is good but it’s overpriced… $22 for 6 wings is crazy! I can go to winco and get 3x as much for $8 less in the hot food section. I use to love this spot but it seems like once they got a loyal customer base they doubled their prices. You can get an entire pack of chicken breast for $11, here you will get 3-4 strips lol never coming back

It’s only good when the food is actually fresh. But I just got chicken, fries, jambalaya, and macaroni and cheese from there. I got lucky because the chicken was just being cooked and I waited for fresh, but why do ya’ll let the sides sit there all day? I feel sick after tasting the sides. Like, the rice was slimy. Like this has to be a health code violation. That macaroni had to be sitting there for hours. And the fries were old. Had to throw all the sides out. Biscuits were still good. But wasted money. Can ya’ll please get it together? Don’t be serving people shady, old, rotten food. Two stars for the fresh chicken.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was beyond frustrating and needs to be shared. The man taking orders was rude, inattentive, and completely disorganized. He kept walking back and forth to the kitchen while I was trying to order, then came back asking me to repeat myself — and even after repeating, he still got it wrong.
I ordered two 2-piece Crunch Box meals, which come with a small side and a biscuit. When he asked me what chicken pieces I wanted, I asked for the options. He said “leg, thigh, and wing.” So I said “all leg,” and he responded that he only had one leg piece left. I asked why he even gave me that as an option — again, just frustrating.
Then, when he brought up my total, I noticed he only charged me for one order. I reminded him I had asked for two. He immediately responded, “It’s gonna take 15 minutes.” I said, “Never mind, just give me one then.” He kept pushing, saying, “Are you sure you don’t want to wait? It’s only 15 minutes.” I told him again, “No thank you.”
While I was waiting, several other people in line were also complaining about their orders being wrong or the poor service. This seems to be a recurring issue, not just a one-time slip-up.
Extremely unprofessional service and zero organization. I won’t be back.

They raised their prices 10 party wings was $9.99 now they are $14.99 for 10 pieces they are good but not that good also it seems like they’re not seasoning the chicken like they were in the beginning

Fresh out of the fryer 4legs large and meaty enjoy while it’s hot gets hard after it’s sits biscuits are delicious. Didn’t like that a customer didn’t get an order of fries so he ask for sauce and said he would have to pay for it I mean you could have given the sauce since you didn’t have enough fries for his order I just thought it was a little petty if you ask me what’s a few sauces to insure a customer returns. Customer service definitely needs work at most of the eatery’s today. Lots of places just don’t care about the service. I much rather go to a place with great service and good food than great food and below average service. Excellent service always makes up for eating not so great food in my book.

I got the chicken tenders and yeah it did the job of feeding me a meal but some of the pieces almost felt like I was crunching through bone and chicken was pretty dry. it’s pretty hard to make dry fried chicken. I would not recommend unless your in a rush to get food here.
