Love the burritos and quesadillas. Sometimes they go a little quick on the tortillas but can ask for well done. Staff is very friendly. Enjoy coming here sometimes multiple times a week.

Quite possibly the worst-run Qdoba in America. Went to grab a quick dinner on a week day and was greeted with 5-8 people waiting for their pickup orders and a line that did not move for at least 10 min. Multiple people’s orders were ready and lying on the counter but there was no staff asking for names to pass out the to-go orders. They were grilling chicken on aluminum foil laid over the grill and the food did not taste fresh at all. None of the staff spoke English and I had to use hand signals to get the right ingredients. I was thoroughly disappointed as I typically go to the New Albany location. Looking back, I could’ve driven up the New Albany, gotten infinitely better service and food, and eaten in the same time it took to get my dinner here. Highly recommend avoiding this location and visiting the New Albany one 10 times out of 10.

Since they scoop all of their ingredients out with slotted spoons instead of with standardizedportion-controlled scoops, there is absolutely no portion control whatsoever. When I pointed out to them that my bowl was literally half as tall/full as the bowl ordered by the guy ahead of me, they told me I could always ask for more food. Why should I have to ask for more food??? It’s not a smorgasbord! You should be putting in my bowl the exact, standardized ounces of each ingredient AS COSTED OUT in your $9.49 Vegetable Bowl.

Put in an online order several days before the event I was hosting. I picked it up and was assured everything was there, being in a hurry I didn’t check. My bad. However this was an expensive catering order and it should have been ready with plenty of prior notice. All cold items – veggies, sauces, and guac were missing. I called and let the manager know and she fixed the order and I drove back to pick it up.

We ordered Qdoba catering from this store for a large party. They were very helpful when I went in to place the order. I had to place the order in person because I was using gift cards.
They delivered the food early and included all necessary implements. The food was very good and fed everyone with leftovers. I had ordered two extra salads on the side, but really wasn’t necessary. We had one entire salad left over. There were a ton of chips and shredded cheese leftover also. I had ordered their special queso and was very glad I did. People raved about it. There was plenty of guacamole which I loved. The only thing we ran out of quickly, was their corn salsa. If I was doing it again, I would order extra of that. But overall, a huge win. The picture shows most of the food. This was an order for 40.

I love Qdoba! Service is always awesome – I love the workers. Free quac on bowls or burritos is a nice touch. Less expensive than the completion and tastes better.

The staff here (11/8/23 afternoon) were so friendly! I walked in and they smiled on the line and was ready to take my order. These types of restaurant greetings feel rare nowadays, so I genuinely appreciated that! I hadn’t been to Qdoba in years (pre-pandemic), but I remembered the distinct deliciousness of the taco shell for their bowls. I saw them stacked up, and immediately knew what I wanted. The bowl was crispy, flaky, and fresh. And all the ingredients I tried, including their special chicken adobo were packed with flavor! I really enjoyed and will not let years pass before I stop by here again.

Qdoba is always amazing, my favorite Mexican fast food chain restaurant. Sweet and spicy chicken is my favorite protein. This store has a great dining room with some booths and seats, a great self-serve station, and fast WiFi. The staff is friendly with a fast service.

Terrible service. I ordered online 30 minutes before closing and the staff were disrespectful when I called in to acquire about my order. Do not order from this establishment.
