This experience felt unsafe and needs to be documented.

I went through the drive-thru, paid, received drinks, and was told to park and wait. After waiting over 15 minutes with no communication, my daughter went inside to check on the order. She works in food service herself and immediately felt uncomfortable with what she saw.

The kitchen area was extremely disorganized and visibly unclean. Food containers were left uncovered, trays and utensils were scattered, and employees appeared frustrated, careless, and openly hostile. No one communicated delays, shortages, or even acknowledged customers waiting.

When I went inside to request a refund, I was ignored at the counter for several minutes. An employee only responded after I had to call out for assistance. Even then, the process took over 20 additional minutes with no clear explanation.

What concerned me most was the food safety. Based on the condition of the prep area and the way food was being handled, I did not feel comfortable accepting the order. I’ve attached photos so others can see what I observed firsthand.

This was not a busy-rush issue. This was a lack of organization, cleanliness, communication, and basic customer care. No one should feel at risk eating food they’ve paid for.

I hope management and corporate take this seriously, because this location needs immediate attention.

I’ve ordered one sandwich and waited 20 minutes and I was seeing all workers was chilling at corners of the store. I’ve asked where is my order no response nothing he check the system turned back and start preparing my order with bare hands. Do you know how many times he did opened the restroom door for clients in my waiting time?

Managment at this location has been bad for years now walk in and stand at the register. You may be standing there for 10 minutes. They should really consider a new manager that doesn’t cuss and complain about her job to other associates while customers are present.

The first thing you will notice coming here is that, for some reason, the entry way smells like an open sewer grate. Like, their bathroom plumbing has a detour through the front door. Oddly, that alone explains why the insode of this place is barren and empty.

The service was okay, though, kid running the front was reponsive and got us our sauces we missed on with our order.

But the food, yikes, it tasted like the economy directly impacted the food’s extended family: Absolutely depressing.

The drive thru lights were off at 7 pm. Had to google search the menu because we couldn’t see it. Apparently we took too long to order in an empty drive thru because the employee became very snappy and asked three times if we could order. We ended up having to get a crazy expensive family meal that we didn’t want because we were rushed and couldn’t see the menu. Probably won’t be back.

I received a nugget or a very tiny tender for my 6th tender. I think they need to check before sending out orders. I also had to wait 6 minutes for fresh tenders which makes this more unpleasant.

Food was awesome! Pot Pies are always delicious and A&W Double Bacon Cheese Burger is .

Service was easy and they actually asked if n I wanted to substitute items which I feel nobdy ever asks anymore. The 2 guys and 2 ladies working Halloween in evening thank yous! Food hit the spot!

Very disappointed, food was old and has sat out awhile….. Will not come back!!!!!!! Lady in the drive thru was rude and rushing….. The chicken on my bowl wasn’t cooked all the way. My hot wings were so old when you bite into them they were dark and crusty…

Dirty and very slow but the food was good at least. At McDonald’s you see people cleaning all the time, not one person did the whole visit. Seemed to be understaffed possibly. Won’t be going back until they get a major overhaul.

Slow service. Seems very poorly managed. Had to park in the grub hub/online order parking spaces and wait 10 minutes for food, even though I was the only one in the drive through when I ordered. Food was ok, not worth the wait though.
