They have sliders!!!!
Y’all have got to make your way over to Ruby’s Mexican Restaurant and try these!!!
They’re made on the sweet hawaiian rolls, so you know they’re gonna be good. You can choose whatever protein you’d like and they come with a ton of cheese, as well as onions, cilantro, avocado, and radishes.
I highly recommend getting some elotes and asking for some Valentina’s and a lime or 2. I put my corn on the sliders and it just made the flavor even that much better!!!!
They’re currently selling these at the Jacksonville and Gentry locations, but they’re also working on putting these on the food trucks and the Broadway location.

This is a nice authentic latin style resturant, the food is tasty and full of flavor. The portions are full except the pre meal chips and salsa but they will bring you extras if needed. It is a great lunch and the breakfast tacos are very good as well.

We have ate at most of the Tyler Ruby’s and like them. This one is no different. Same great service. The food taste great. If you don’t want to drive to Tyler this one is definitely the same.

We have gone to Ruby’s the past few weeks to eat breakfast, and I highly recommend it. Portion size is great, food was very good, service is fast and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I got the omelette and it was massive! I actually had to cut it in half to take the rest home. The potatoes were crispy and toast was just right. Price point was $25 for two, and we ordered water to drink.
I was glad to see that you now seat yourself rather than order at the window which was confusing if you hadn’t been there before. Some people mention lack of service, but in our experience, the Saturday morning staff is definitely on point.
We will be back!

The breakfast here was really tasty, the service was amazing, the staff were more than helpful and the price was bearable, less than $15/ person and that’s including tip. I would definitely recommend their breakfast. I’m excited to come back for dinner someday soon.

I always get the Pizzadilla, one of my favorites, like every time I order. I also get that the tacos are decent. The Strawberry Lemonade/Fresa Limonada is really delicious, and the mango is delicious as well, and the burrito got poblano peppers in it. I forgot what it’s called, but it’s also delicious. You all will always get my business.

My family tried Ruby’s tonight for the very first time and were absolutely blown away! We got a tray of 20 street tacos, half shrimp half steak, and a large side of rice. The tray came with sides of onions and cilantro, sliced avocados, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, and consommé to dip the tacos in and it takes what’s already delicious to a whole new level. So good. We will definitely be back.

First time here. Authentic Mexican food. Menu is smaller than most east Texas restaurants, which makes choosing easier!
Food was not over salty, and very flavorful.
Employees were kind helpful. We will be back again!

I’m sure if there were a lot more people there the atmosphere would’ve probably been better. The service was OK no complaints there. The food on the other hand, we get the street tacos, one of each to try them out for the first time and they were so bland and dry. They should’ve gave us the Consommé to dip it in. The waitress suggested the #1. The young man who brought our food suggested the #1 Apparently the #1 is the only good thing on the menu. The waitress and food runner both got a tip, but Damn! After all the hype, no. Just no. Sorry. Maybe we will try and give it another shot sometime for breakfast.
