We waited a full hour for our food and an hour and a half for drinks. The atmosphere had potential, but the service was absolutely terrible—easily less than one star.
We sat at the bar where two employees were stationed, but we were never greeted. After about 15 minutes of awkward eye contact, we finally asked about ordering drinks and were told we had to order through a website—no explanation, just attitude. If everything’s digital, what’s the point of having a register?
When we followed up on our drinks, we were brushed off again with attitude and told we were “in queue,” still with no real updates or courtesy.
We won’t be coming back. Honestly, I’ve had better service at a gas station.
Atmosphere-wise, it’s a small, cramped hole-in-the-wall that doesn’t match the vibe shown in the online photos. It’s packed tight with barely any personal space—if shoulder-to-shoulder seating is your thing, this might be the place for you. That said, the music and DJ were absolutely phenomenal—easily the best part of the night.
I ordered the fried ribs with sweet Asian sauce, and they were actually delicious—not quite worth the wait, but still really good.

Looking for a relaxed atmosphere but still kinda like a night club at the same time? This is the place. We had so much fun at the Paint and Sip event they hosted. It was even hosted during happy hour! The DJ and the crowd were so much fun. Will definitely be back.

I went on Sunday for the brunch and it was amazing. I had shrimp pasta and I had shrimp with grits. Both had amazing flavor and the wait wasn’t long. I also order a maragarita flight which was outstanding. The atmosphere was nice and laid back. Very clean and safe place. Will definitely be going back

1st time here. The food was delicious, I had the cajun shrimp pizza and spinach dip. I had the lemon drop it was good. My only complaint is that the lady taking orders needs a crash course in customer service. Another server Bree came in and was very pleasant!

Very cool atmosphere but this guy by the name of Twin was basically rude all night,he has no people skills and should not be waiter. I asked this guy simple questions and he had an attitude with every answer, but there was this one young lady that was very nice and understanding. The whole issue was me and my friends ordered our food at 11:07 we did not receive our food until 12:34, this is absolutely unacceptable when we addressed the owner about the situation he stated that he had been drinking so basically that’s why things were like they were. This place was very unprofessional although the drinks were very good but the service was terrible this place will not last long they don’t care about they customers concerns and the Twin guy needs to be fired!

Flew in from Arizona for a concert and was hyped to hit up Martha’s Daiquiri Factory. We’ve been sitting around Memphis since 11 a.m. waiting on this place to open. They were supposed to open at 5 p.m. — we pulled up at 5:07, doors locked, phone going straight to voicemail. Waited ‘til 5:30 thinking maybe they were just running behind. Nope. Never opened.
This right here is why supporting some B.O.B’s gets frustrating. If pissed was a person, it’d be me. We could’ve been on the road hours ago. Thanks for nothing, Martha’s Daiquiri Factory. Unprofessional at its finest. Do better.

1st time there was a vibe, the food was hot & fresh absolutely loved it. Drinks were on point for sure. The Dj did his Thang. Will be doing brunch there on Sundays.

Listen…. The drinks are POTENT! If you’re on a budget and want a cool, chill vibe and ambiance, GO!! Budget or not, the customer service is there and worth your time and funds. Shout out to Jeremy! We’ll be back.
