Our story began in 2008 inside a 160sq ft drive – thru in Beaverton, Oregon. Founded by family, rooted in hospitality, and driven by a desire to bring light to the grey PNW mornings, we set out to build something simple but meaningful – a place where coffee could fuel connection.

Coffee was great! Would definitely order again. Sausage sandwich and Egg/Cheese/Turkey Sausage burrito not so much. Burrito tasted tangy which lead us to believe maybe the cheese was bad? It ended up making us feel nauseous after we ate it. Definitely wont order food from here again. Otherwise it would be a 5*

I do GrubHub deliveries. when I went to go pick up an order the lady walked to the window saw me turn around and walked away did not come back for a few minutes. finally came back I explained to her that I really had to use the restroom and I needed the order to be quick this is who I’m picking up for and she asked the manager if I could use the restroom inside the Black Rock the manager said no so this is why they’re getting a one-star review I hope that manager finds herself or himself in a position where they desperately need to use the restroom and they’re told no. There is no humanity anymore and I’m officially ashamed of the black rock corporation I think it’s sad

The drinks I got were not that great especially the matcha. DONT get the matcha here, for some reason it was sour?? I was sharing it with my sister and we both agreed it had a sort of seafood aftertaste? I don’t know but it wasn’t great.

I have been here a few times, and it seems it is always something. For example, I went one day- wanted a bagel with cream cheese- she states they do not have cream cheese. I come another day- and she states they are out of regular mocha but they have sugar free mocha. I come another day- asking for banana bread and she states it’s missing a chunk do you still want it? I go today, forgets to add my cold foam. Why is it always something?
