My experience here recently was great! The drive through attendant (I think his name was Brayden) was great and is probably the most personable guy I’ve ever met at a coffee shop. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of some quick coffee and a brighter day.

We got there at 6am on our way back to Pennsylvania. We were greeted by a very sweet lady who took our order and gave us our coffees in a timely manner. They were very good! Our spirits were lifted for our long road trip.

GENIUS! A Biggby drive-thru in the parking lot of the West Main Meijers. I get my beverage after a Meijer’s grocery trip to reward/restore.
Beverages are fabulous. Staff is outstanding: friendly and efficient. They have a lot of choices, happy to take the time to explain all the different options.

Girl at the window was very rude. I was apparently undercharged the last time I came through mind you it’s been the same price the last four to five times for the same order an she scoffs with an attitude to read off the prices an tells me somebody has been doing something wrong an the prices haven’t changed. I will not be back to this location. The manager was no better.

The baristas at this location are so friendly. Audrey, who knows my tastes, makes recommendations every time I’m in town.
Update: Last night, I went to the drive thru, and it was already 8 pm, closing time. The young ladies took our order anyway! Coffee was done, but they recommended some of the seasonal beverages. Jenae and Audrey are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. My husband, who had never been, was impressed with their above and beyond service.
