Superb service! This restaurant has been open for about nine months or so and I never went because I didn’t really know what they had to offer. Went through the drive through. There’s no draft through menu when I got to the window. They asked me if I would like to see a menu. I did. I asked for recommendations, I ordered.They gave me a little handheld buzzer device that would light up and buzz when my food was ready. I ordered two separate dinners. The mediterranean bowl and the the hibachi bowl. Food was ready within probably eight minutes. The Mediterranean bowl is enough food for at least 2 adults
And probably weighs 5 pounds. Both dinners were good 7 out of 10. Friendlness, professionalism and service were top notch! Will visit again in the future.

They literally but Chipotle to absolute shame. I LOVE this place. From Mexican Bowls, to Poke Bowls…. Don’t even get me started on the hibachi bowls…. DELICIOUS!! The amount of food you get is awesome too. Worth every penny. Its clean and well decorated too!

BYOB in Columbia Kentucky is a Very Clean and very neat restaurant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the BYOB chicken and Beef with white rice and multiple veggies along with queso ,beans and peppers. It was very good. My wife had the chicken hibachi it was good and we also had a chicken quesadilla that we split. It was good plus we had plenty to take home. The staff were friendly and professional. The only thing that I could say on the negative side is that the food is pricey for what it is and that’s the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 . However I do recommend that you check them out .

Edit: My husband did go back up there and they gave us the rest of our food. After this review, the manager called and was apologetic and polite.
Although there was a mushso, the food was very good once we got everything.

The food we did get was:
1. Cold
2. Shredded lettuce does not mean 2 small pieces of lettuce
3. Side of Queso does not mean mixed into the corn
4. No option to have spices on ground beef, so it’s just plain ground beef
5. Missing a whole entree, side of queso, side of Mexican rice, the tortilla chips and had to drive back up there.
6. The gyro was actually just all the ingredients slopped into a takeout dish.
It was great last time. This time, it was lazy, sloppy, and missing the mark on all levels.

A friend took me here for my birthday. The food was great at first, until a bug came up from under my food. It was already in the bowl, like it was in the food before it was in my bowl. It’s not like a fly landed on my food, this beast was already inside when I got it. I have never been so grossed out by food or a restaurant in my entire life. Horrible birthday dinner. We won’t be back. (When answering other questions while writing this review, it asked me what dishes I’d recommended. Neither “none” or “bugs” were options, so I left it blank)

Very polite and friendly people working here. They were patient with me as it took a while for me to decide what I wanted. The food was fresh and tasty. The sauces were very good and complemented the food well. The place was very clean and the booths and seats are comfortable with good easy listening music. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be back soon.

We have good experiences here often. You are able to get food fast on the food bar or can wait like a traditional restaurant if you want something that the cook in the back. They also have charging ports at booths, making it a good spot for lunches.

We tried the Hawaiian Bowl and the Al Pastor Bowl, and they were both in very delicious! We will be back to try more things.
Edit: since my original post, we’ve been back and tried the Green River poke, Chicken Teriyaki poke, Hibachi bowl, Mediterranean Bowl, Burger Bowl and Finger Bowl. All are delicious!
