Really friendly staff and good prices. $13 for 4 birria tacos! The birria tacos were loaded with tender, juicy meat and the consome was so rich and flavorful. Very good! Definitely recommend!

Folks running the register are quick at it and super friendly.
Go ahead and punch some money into that tip box because inherently you know: if the people up front are chilling, the kitchen is cool – these are seasoned cooks doing what they do well.
Pollo is great, asada scratches the itch. I’ve eaten here every other day since I decided to try them out – so after a couple weeks, I’m slowly trying the rest, but the #5 big burrito smacks, and it’s more than enough food unless you’re a power lifter.
The strawberry horchata is heaven, but the touch of lime in the strawberry lemonade – that’s attention to detail, and that’s represented in little things here and there – def get some sauce with your food. I guess I’ve got to try the shrimp and fish next, because these people do no wrong.

Clean, fast, tasty. And they have proper veggie tacos, which tasted great. Chorizo was delicious too. Chicken could be more grilled though. This is inside The Cart Blocks square. There’s some shared covered seating in the square. And ample street parking in the 1-2 blocks surrounding it.

Best burrito I’ve ever had, and its bigger than my face. I got the big burrito with double chicken, light sour cream and cheese, it was juicy and flavorful. The lady who took my order was very kind and asked all the current questions and repeated my order back to make sure it was correct. The only thing I’ll have to say is the truck is in a sketchy area and it’s smelly outside, but then again it’s downtown Portland so what do you expect. Also the big burrito was $13 and I got a strawberry horchata for $5.

SO good! I can’t get over how fresh the meat was, and my sister LOVED the veggie option too. We both got the taco plate and were full when we left.

One of my favorite carts and definitely some of the best Mexican food in Portland. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious but the quesabirria and strawberry horchata are hard to beat! Great portions for the price, we always leave stuffed! The family that runs it is super sweet also.

Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in Portland. The tortilla is fantastic- I got bacon but any version will be really good. Served all day. I’ve got tiny hands but this thing is big I ate half. 10/10 she’s gorgeous!

This place has the best Mexican food you’re going to get on the street and probably from most restaurants. I’ve been working downtown Portland for 20 plus years and I’ve ate at Probably 20 Mexican food trucks and this one is hands down the best ever. Very flavorful, great portion size and the prices perfect.

Great spot for some tacos! Food comes out quick and the staff are really friendly/helpful. Try to arrive before or after the lunch rush otherwise you would have to wait a while. Meat was a little dry for me but tasted good nonetheless.
