I don’t know about the history, but I can tell you the food was fresh and hot and well flavoured. I thought they deserved a more recent review. Don’t pay any attention to those past haters!
The portion sizes were excellent for the pricing. Prices are very competitive compared to other places in the city.
This is the first time I have ever had salt and pepper squid that wasn’t rubbery. The ginger beef was perfectly spiced and not drowning in sugar. Dumplings and chicken balls exactly as you’d expect. Beef and broc really tasty. All our food was ready for pickup and actually made fresh within a reasonable time frame.
The whole family commented how much they liked the food from this place. Great take out experience.

LOVE this place. This is by far my families favourite Chinese food in the city. We drive 30 minutes to pick-up from here since we moved from Falconridge. We have been loyal customers for 10 years now. There is no dining in, so know before you go. The staff are hard working, friendly, and super accommodating. The food is always delicious, fresh, hot, and consistent. Ignore the bad reviews and try it!

This is my second order from here, same issue each time. Rice tastes plain, salt and pepper chicken tastes plain As well. First time I thought maybe they just forgot or had a new cook.

Szeuan chicken dried out like was left over from yesterday
Chicken fried rice was bland and tasteless
Chicken balls were baseball size and pretty much the only thing barely edible
Gave this place a chance as it was nearby but i would drive clear across the city to avoid eating here. 80 dollars in food and 98% hit the garbage.
Now noticing High rating reviews are made up.
Would not recommend or return.

My favourite place for when I’m craving sweet and sour pork! Food is made to order so always hot and steamy when you get it. (Don’t have to worry it’s been sitting in a heating pan all day). The family that owns the restaurant are always super nice and courteous to me. Delivery times are reasonable but can get long when snowy and peak hours.Not a big deal if you plan and order before you get extra hangry. If you don’t mind getting to pick-up, typically ready with 15-20min depending on size of order.

They’ve lost a long time customer. We’ve been ordering from them for years, food used to be great. My wife and I had ordered two combo plates both with chow mein. My noodles were not cooked at all and piled over with a lot of bean sprouts. My wife’s were fine as usual but still a lot of sprouts. Called them and they argued that my noodles were deep fried and that’s why they’re crunchy? Never been that way before. Refused to apologize or correct my meal. Gave them the opportunity to call me back after talking to the managers but still no admittance of their errors or resolution.

Avoid this place at all cost. This place is a total rip off. Bought beef/broccoli and the dish has four tiny pieces of beef. The fried rice was dry and tasteless. The customer service here is beyond atrocious. The lady here is obnoxious to say the least. This place does not deserve a star rating. Very disappointed.

One of the best Chinese food places to go to around this neighborhood. Food is delicious, serve is fast, and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. We haven’t had a bad experience yet since moving into the area this year and ordering from here. (We prefer this restaurant over Ginger Beer that is located around the corner!)
