I was very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks on Sunday, September 14th. The drive thru and store were very busy due to it being a weekend. Because of this, an employee decided to lock the door so that other customers could not get in due to the high volume of orders that they were receiving. While trying to leave, I realized that I was locked in. This is extremely poor practice for an establishment for many reasons. First off, it’s very unsafe to have customers locked in a space if a fire were to emerge. Second, with our current issues going on in our country, it’s an extremely unsettling experience to be locked in a building with large masses of people. Third, this practice seems very illegal. I am very unhappy with my experience, and hope that the staff is more equipped to handle the high volume of customers in the future.

I’ve order three times now from this location and they can’t even get my order right. When it’s a mocha cookie crumble. I’ve tried asking for them to remake it and all they did was put whip cream on top and didn’t remake it the right way. Not cookies in the drink just on top with whip cream. Never going here again.

I had never been to this SB. I was in town visiting my daughter. I went in for drip coffee and many other craft drinks. 2 days in a row I ordered before all the other foods and drinks (4). Both days I had to remind them after all the other food was done and the drinks were done and another person’s drink was done that I was still waiting for my drip.
