Absolutely fantastic sushi spot. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The fish quality was excellent, rice was perfectly seasoned, and each roll was beautifully presented. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe made it a great place to sit back and enjoy the meal. Best in town! delicious teriyaki sauce on both chicken and beef and my family loves all the diffrent variations of the california rolls. Best place to take home premium rolls and plates for when you don’t feel like going out and breaking the bank. Every staff always has a smile and greets you with a welcome.

I ordered 3 different type of sushi. California Tampura roll, rainbow roll, and the Alaskan roll. Paul, the guy who had took my order, entered in 2 of the sushi’s wrong. Once i received my sushi, without even leaving the area, I noticed they were wrong. I asked for it to be replace but he insisted he could not replace it. Then he continued to mock me saying things as “yes I know customers are always right blah blah” and “I put in the cheaper sushi because I thought you were on a budget”. After dealing with his rudeness, I demanded a refund for all of the sushi. He continued saying he couldn’t give me a refund because he couldn’t eat the sushi. I was so upset I left and accidently dropped one of the sushis. He then started getting angry and complaining that I gave him more work to do and now he has to clean it up. I came here as a regular and would come ever week or so. As someone who is a manager in the fast food industry I have never in my whole life seen anything like this in my whole life! never come here!!!!

Oh my God I couldn’t believe I just went online and went by the ratings and I scored. I won like the Dodgers tonight. I’ve never had salmon sushi before and it was so freaking delicious. Oh my God I have to come back for more. The teriyaki chicken is so Tasty and delicious as well. Definitely coming back again and again and again. You guys get a five star rating from me. We ordered a combo A, teriyaki chicken and California rolls and a combo C, spicy chicken and California rolls. They’re an affordable price and absolutely delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the food but I’ll definitely come back to update the pictures with what we get next.

Hands down the best place for teriyaki and sushi. My family comes every time we’re in town and are never disappointed. Even though it’s small inside, they always do their best to accommodate. The staff is personable and attentive. We never walk out hungry as their servings are always plentiful! <3

After my husband and I picked up orders from Yoshinoya, we noticed a restaurant across the Beach Boulevard advertising takeout deals: two Teriyaki Chicken Bowls for $13, two California Rolls for $9.50, and a buy-one-get-one-50%-off deal on any rolls. So we decided to swing by and grab some Teriyaki Chicken Bowls to go a week later.
When we walked in, there was an Asian auntie and a young staff behind the counter. As we ordered, we got to chatting, and the auntie told us that she used to own a restaurant in Buena Park for 18 years before moving to Stanton in this location 7 years ago. (She might be the owner but I’m not 100% sure) She proudly assured us that everything the restaurant served is fresh and delicious. Just by looking at the neatly arranged ingredients at the sushi bar section, I could already tell this place is good.
We ordered the takeout special: two Teriyaki Chicken Bowls for $13. It was such a great deal, and they were indeed very delicious. The chicken was tender, and the sauce had a refreshing hint of lemon. The bowls came with two slices of carrot, cabbage, and broccoli, along with a perfectly portioned amount of rice. Just as the auntie guaranteed , it was tasty and worth every penny. (If you dine in, there’s no discount. These deals are only for takeout.)

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Every time we come, they are so friendly! It’s usually a very small staff and empty inside as they offer a killer BOGO deal for sushi. They gave us a free sample of fish balls last time and it was so good. We also tried the Monkey Brain which is hands down my favorite appetizer of all time. We sit at the small bar and watch our rolls be made in front of us. It’s super affordable, quick and friendly service. They offer a great selection of sushi, teriyaki, bento boxes, ramen and beer/sake. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. They have been open for many years and I can see them being open for many more!
