I said “easy ice” on the mobile order and before the ice started to melt, 3/4 of the cup was still ice! Beverages here are a ripoff because if 75% of the cup is considered “easy ice”, what are you even paying for?!

Service was good. Food was typical of Sonic. Nothing special EXCEPT the extra cost to add pickles to my burger. Screen did not work so I had No Idea until the server brought my bill. I asked about the higher burger cost and was told that they charge extra for any vegetables added to the sandwiches. Really?? I explained that the screen didn’t work and she made no comment. I was hoping for the charge to be removed but she didn’t comment just ignored my statements. Lesson learned. I’ll use my own pickles at home. Ha!! Take that Sonic

I had almost given up on this location because every time I would have my son down here I was trying to get a snack pack for months they didn’t have any kids toys so I go in there today and spend about 30 bucks on a bunch of foot long conies and drinks I haven’t had tried my drink yet but let me show you a picture of what’s supposed to be a chili cheese Coney I am appalled I had talked with the manager he said that we’re going to do better he had offered me some things and I said no I just want to let you know about your service but at this point bypassing Sonic for a good extended amount of time till I know they’re under another management or they get their stuff straight because it’s just a waste of time and money. All food should be in unison. And i tipped. And ocean water is nasty. No onions no chilies no nothing on the chili cheese footlong but they put it on one but not the others I didn’t ask them to hold anything

My order was completely wrong! The girl read back my order and it was correct but when we got home it was all messed up! I live out in the country so I tried to call 10 times throughout the day with no one answering the phone! This happens anytime I place a order with more than 2 or 3 things!

Checked in and after about 5 mins, they cleared it out to say it was on the way I had to push the button ask for my food just to be confused about the my order and once I got it the food was chilled… this seems to be a consistent pattern I’ve seen here lately…
