They must do a lot of dinner business.
I didn’t want any of the lunch combos, so I ordered off the regular menu. When it arrived, the portion seemed small. It wasn’t until I checked out, that I realized this was the “lunch” portion (the price was different).
The timing was strange. The soup was followed immediately by the main course. I ate my soup at the end of the meal.
This was perfectly acceptable Chinese food, but I doubt I will return.
They were very attentive, they had great suggestions, we loved the experience.
We were a little bit leery because of how the place looked and smelled, but I’m telling you, this place is awesome and you should definitely go because not only is it delicious but you will have enough food to last you for three days with your leftovers and the leftovers are just as amazing!
The portions are large and very generous for the prices. Our order came out from the kitchen very quickly, and our sever was excellent and thoughtful and made sure our order was right.
The food is very good, good all around flavor. High quality. However, none of it was salty enough, which is strange because I’ve never experienced this with Chinese food before. I was literally salting everything. Once I did, it tasted perfect though.
Another odd thing is that there was no music playing inside. So, weirdly quiet. We came in at 3 pm on a Saturday in February.
The building itself is old, it was probably built in the 70s or 80s and feels like it. It has that very old, delicate feel; which provides a strange energy to the restaurant atmosphere.
Definitely recommend for the food.
