Clean wingstop location with the prompt service. The online order was easy and pickup is little after that. The seating area is clean and overall restaurant size is good. There’s ample parking outside and the restroom is clean. Staff is nice and provides accurate order delivery to the customer.

This Wingstop location was the cleanest and friendliest location I’ve been too. Allana was working at the front and was very helpful with ordering and handling to go orders. Would recommend coming back!

I tried to avoid ordering from this location because of the reviews, but when I ordered online, they automatically switched it to this location since it was closest to me which I didn’t realize until my order was processed. Please listen to the reviews and don’t order from here unless you like your food drowning in oil because they’re accurate. What I ordered is supposed to have dry rub seasoning so I don’t understand where all the liquid came from unless they are not drained at all. I was unable to eat my meal because this is ridiculous & they forgot my drink. When I tried to call several times it was no answer, but I’m hoping they will give me a refund. I guess now I just wait to see. I do hope they get better at this location though because I have never experienced this before at any of other locations.

Ordered online and showed up a little early for my pickup. Employees were very welcoming and rushed my order a bit. Food was hot, fresh, & well seasoned. Initially, I was a little hesitant to order due to the mixed reviews but, honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from this location again.

I placed a delivery order for 3 flavors – mild, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. The wings look great and delivery was faster than the estimate. However, all three batches are sitting in a ridiculous amount of oil. Take a minute and drain the oil!

I usually avoid this Wing Stop because my wings are never made as ordered. I live just 2 minutes away but prefer to get my wings from the location near my job in Irving to avoid issues here. I always order well done, wet, extra parmesan, but this place never gets it right. When I asked if my wings were wet, I was told yes, but I had to request the extra parmesan separately. There was no accountability or apology—like I was the problem for asking. Disappointing service and quality

i’m sure that it’s literally required to ask if you want sauce. i asked for a 5 piece tender combo and she asked me every single question besides sauce. i assumed, because every employee is usually smart enough to know, that they would put ranch in there anyways. but they didn’t put a single packet. i had to drive all the way back there and when i went to get it, with my food at home getting cold, she’s just standing in the doorway talking to someone with my ranch in her hands. like can you just give it to me you already wasted my time?? she seems new so lwk she needs extra training for sure
