I have been to this location three times now and had a great experience each time. Like other Chick-fil-A locations the staff is always very friendly. The seating area is very clean, the food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. The company I work for has an office a few blocks away where I work occasionally so this is my lunch spot of choice.

LUCKY LAKE OSWEGO
Large clean restaurant with a kiddo play area and ample parking make this a great option for a quick family meal.
We opted for a mobile “dine in” order and loved being able to scan our table number so food could be delivered right to us. Even on opening day, we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for our food. This is extremely impressive given Lake Oswego’s ban on having a drive through at any new restaurants.
I really liked being able to have the kale crunch salad as a side with my chicken and appreciated the employees coming to see if we needed anything after food came out.
I’ve noticed that the kale crunch salad is much tastier in the evenings than in the morning or mid-day. They should have whoever is making the mid-day salads add more dressing.
They have an outdoor seating area that is lovely, but didn’t have numbers on the table for our mobile order to be delivered to.
VERY popular with the LDS crowd and you won’t feel weird praying before you eat in public if that’s your jam.
I’m grateful for having Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood!

I am beyond upset I orders a bunch of food. It is all at 96 degrees . Do you know how disgusting that is? Why would I order so much food show up and then it says my food is ready and I literally have to ask after like five or six minutes and it’s just freezing cold and watch other diners go up to cashiers and get food faster than me like something is wrong. I shouldn’t have to spend money on food that I’m not gonna eat and now I have to throw away because I’m not gonna sit on the toilet all night long way to go Chick-fil-A you treat families like this in Lake Oswego you won’t have business Call I get hung up on by some district manager who is just sitting there Me I have Safety permit not only just a food safety permit. It’s called surf safe for managers. I know food temperatures. I have been working in the food, industry retail as a manager for 25+ years. Don’t sit there and undermine me and tell me oh thank you for your perspective, but that’s probably not what happened really so your Customers have to notice when their name is on the board and it’s been there for a while on other people are getting their orders and watching employees walk around with ice cream cones for people they don’t even know where go and people just standing around like yeah to a customer‘s perspective district manager that you’re just minimizing and belittling FYI, it does look like they don’t know what they’re doing and standing around and they don’t got a leader to say this food needs to come out that food needs to come out. Go get this person. It shouldn’t be on the ready board three people, and nobody’s getting food and DoorDash and people coming to our cashiers in line are getting their food faster than the people that order on the app and it says it’s been ready for almost 10 minutes.

No drive through, but has over ten pick up driving spots – so download the Chick-fil-A app if you want that in the car experience. Very close to the Portland Oregon Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (also closed on Sundays). It’s a perfect location and very nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

My first time going to this location and it was great! Food was fresh and hot. Service was fast, less then 5 minutes and that’s crazy fast considering how busy they are. Employees are super nice, I will come back!

The customer service was way below-average which was surprising given Chick-fil-A reputation. The cashiers were more focused on chatting with each other and friends than assisting customers, resulting in a noticeable lack of attentiveness and priority given to orders.

I love Chick-fil-A.. this location often has a hard time keeping up with cleaning the tables and I find it annoying to try to find someone to clean up a table. Just leave the wipes out if you can’t stay on top of it IMHO. Not enough booths. Some booths are high tops But WHY – what about your elderly customers?

We have consistently had issues with our orders at the Lake Oswego location – forgetting the sauces, straws, utensils, napkins, salad toppings, etc. It is so frustrating when you leave the restaurant with a to go order only to find you can’t eat it. These things may seem small but a straw is a MUST for the car. Utensils are a MUST for a salad. The peanuts are a key ingredient to the Kale salad.
Honestly, I don’t know why we go back any more. We never have this problem at other locations. So disappointed.

Only thing I liked was shake and fries the chicken is over seassoned and just not my liking but there were allot of people who were doing takeout so I guess other do like it, service was great and placed was clean and inviting. I would go back for the shake and fries ☺️.
