Came here a few weeks ago for the first time and got a gelato, I got cherry water ice I wanted the vanilla soft serve for it but they had apparently just ran out right before we had gotten there so I had to get the chocolate instead. And they only had small sizes available too which was kind of odd. Probably wouldn’t come back here again.

This location is so unprofessional. Yes, I know that kids work here for the summer but the other locations have kids working there too and their service is not bad. They can’t listen to take an order, rush through and steady talk to their friends when they stop by as they are taking your order. Its waterice. Just listen and you will get the order right.

I really wish I could have gave 0 stars. The water ice was really watery with bits of paper in it. I will never return. The customer service was awful. I purchased a quart of water ice that I was unable to eat. The pieces of paper was disgusting. This was a terrible experience.

Supposed to close at 9 they wouldn’t serve at 850 young woman that worked there was ignorant. I made a remark about having 10 minutes at close she looks at her phone then says “submit a complaint if you don’t like it” closed & locked the door. Get some better customer service. Will never have my business
