I went through the drive through used my cc but some manager told me my cc was declined and sent me on my way yet when I called my bank right after they said the charge went through and it showed on my account. The Manger in Cotati Burgdr King didn’t give me my food but charged my cc and sent me away is the worst kind of people. You should fire some people BK!

I would say my experience was pretty good, I’ve had 160 nuggets from there twice and they last me about 2-3 days and it’s less than 25$. Just make sure they keep up that positive attitude and keep that customer service goin and everything should be peachy

Good was fresh but terrible customer service. They take your order more forcibly than willingly. They told me they charge a dollar for each ranch I asked although we were 6 people eating in. I was not going to pay $6 for ranch. The service is terrible and never will I go back to this BK. Everyone is rude and always frowning. Get a job where you dont have to look at people if you dont like customer service.

This BK is almost never busy and wait time from order to serve is almost always under 5 mins.
Customer Service is always good, and for the most part there dinning room is always clean.
Food has at times not been as freash as one would like. A few times I have gotten chicken nuggets and or fries severed to me that were noticeably old and a bit dried out. Most of the time though, it is made freash.

Had my Uber eats driver steal my food and I called them 30 times to confirm someone picked it up and then had Uber support try to call them to condemn and still didn’t answer so I don’t get my money back. Terrible service. How busy can they be on a Tuesday night at 10:30 pm to not be able to answer their phones
