I have been multiple times since my previous review and they have improved quite a bit from the bad experience I had under previous management. I was asked to give them another try and I did. Glad to see them turn this store around. Much better experience and sandwich. One or two employees are very good sandwich artists.

Sandwich was made wrong, didn’t get cookies at all the last time this time cookies weren’t what we ordered. Kids meal didn’t get applesauce that was expected. Third time this location has been terrible- We will not be back. ♀️

Went in for a sandwich today at 6:30pm, was informed the steak was frozen, the wraps are all frozen and there is only wheat bread. I was looking forward to trying something on the new menu. I would love to speak to the manager and just ask what’s going on?

Tried to order pickup online it kept giving me an error causing me to have to go to the store to order in. This made me have to come in about 10 to 15 minutes before closing. So this caused the sandwhich maker to hastily throw my sandwiches together. He was nice but rushing through service because it was close to closing and he seemed to have his girlfriend waiting on him in store. Sandwhiches were good. Just felt rushed in our experience. I wouldn’t have gone so close to closing if I did not have the online issues.

I love this store. Always clean and everyone goes above and beyond. The manager is so sweet and dedicated to making her customers happy. There is one kid that works there been there a short time and he’s very rude to the employees. He loves arguing with them especially the manager in front of customers. She always tries to get him to stop in front of customers but he don’t. He acts like he’s a professional and he’s the boss but he’s nothing. This store would be 100% better without him. Also isn’t he suppose to wear a beard net and a subway hat?
