The staff here is the real standout. They’re incredibly sharp, welcoming, and they move with a level of coordination that’s honestly impressive to watch. My sandwich was ready basically before I’d even finished paying, and the team managed to be genuinely friendly despite how busy they were. It’s rare to find a crew that stays that upbeat while working at “freaky fast” speeds.

I LOVE the unwich! Thank you for providing a healthier alternative for a sandwich! I also got the potato salad. I was disappointed in how small the serving was for the price, but overall – it was easy to order online, food was ready when I got there, and Unwich was good!

Every time I’ve come in the food has been good, things are made consistently and well each time. I do often feel bad there is only one employee working each time I’ve been in at least, and there have been some times it’s gets pretty busy. All employees I’ve encountered have been great and friendly!

This is the second time now that Jimmy John’s has “misplaced” or a uber employee has “stolen” my office’s online order. The order came completely wrong and soggy because it took over 90 minutes to arrive!! My office will no longer be ordering from Jimmy John’s.

I don’t eat here all that often, but when I do I always get the ultimate porker unwich. Food has always been fresh and assembled with care compared to typical fast food joints. Workers have pretty much all been friendly as well.

Placed a delivery order for over $40 online, after an hour wait I tried calling the store 4 times with no answer. I drove to the store and our food is still sitting in a box on the counter. After the person in charge looked at it, he says, oh, it was just about to go out. I don’t believe it was “just leaving” I then asked him why no one was answering the phone and he said that they are really busy. I understand being busy, but not answering the phone, not letting customers know that their food will be there in an hour or so ( Our office is 7 blocks away) is not the way to run a business.

Went in for a new summer wrap, because the first time I got one it was really good. This time a girl behind the counter just slopped my wrap all together. The wrap was ripped, and barely filled. I guess if you like tortilla salads this is the place to go.

We had a big snow storm and my order was cancelled, this Jimmy Johns went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even offered to bring me the same order a different day. I am very impressed by this gesture, the manager, and the owner.
