I think her name was Cady, Carla … cant remember. However, she was very professional and apologetic that we had to wait for tenders to be cooked. They had been real busy. But it was delicious and lived the service attitudes.♥️

Nice newer looking location with bright clean atmosphere. There is plenty of dining seating and space. We had a tough time finding the location while driving since it was in a corner of the shopping plaza. Luckily staff picked up our call and guided us there with a few store landmarks. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bathroom was nice and clean but there is only one. Food was hot, crispy and delicious as you would expect. They accepted the app deals and have similar in store offers. Enjoyed our experience her and will be back next time we are in the area.

It seems everytime i come here to get a convenient bit of food, its anything but. They tell you that your order isnt quite ready yet, and have you park where theres no parking spots. Causing the goodwill employees to get pissy because the donation parking spots are being taken by popeyes patrons.
By the time I finally get my food, the drinks I have are watered down or gone, the service is egregiously slow and the food isn’t worth the wait to be honest
The food that sits waiting for the one item that isnt done gets Luke warm to cold, and yet again popeyes was a waste of money and time
People understand that they have to wait for food in drive through, i dont understand why im made to park everytime I go through the drive through. I order the food 30 monit3s in advance for christ sake and it still takes another 30 to get to me

They took 40 mins for my order and it was a single combo, people were waiting for up to an hour and 30 mins, I decided to ask for a refund, don’t go there they r gonna take forever and the food u would get it’s gonna be cold

No proper signage for drive -thru, drove around strip mall to find the drive thru. Once in the drive thru our order for chicken strips were OUT and needed to pull into stall and wait 5-7 minutes for our 3 meals!

Super clean, bright, nice. The staff are slightly lazy but the food was superb. Just wish it wasn’t so far away from Hilo.

I went into order a 12 pc. Box of chicken for my mom and dad’s anniversary per their request. We were only given dark meat, 11 thighs and 1 leg. I have never had this happen ever. It is usually a mix of dark and white meat. I figured this had to be a mistake so I called the store. The manager on duty who did not share his name said it was my job to request a mix when I order. He offered nothing to try and make it better. He was very uncaring. I will never go back to this store again. I have worked in customer service for years and this is not how you treat paying customers. I will spend my money somewhere else and suggest you do the same.

This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. Food takes over 45 minutes to get. I tried ordering a half hour ahead of time because I know they take forever, and I had to cancel my order because they said it would be another 30 minutes. Hire more people. Do something. There’s no reason for that.

Their chicken sandwich is so Juicy and very delicious. But they’re very expensive and some of the food you can only get through doordash. Like the wings and sandwiches bundle. In the long run it does cost last the entire meal is 23.00 but with delivery feed and tip, its over 35.00. I wish they offered the same deals at the restaurant.

It eas my first time at popeyes. Was left with no food or money. 26 min after ordering spicy chicken (cause they ran out of clasdic) at the counter was told they out of spicy chicken too and chicken wull be ready in 12 min… stay a way from this place if you like to keep your good mood.:-)
